Great post. It would appear no player from
Last year has jumped ship chasing more money. Says lots for team spirit that Setch has built into this squad. I hope he has rewarded them all with a pay rise. 3

With the state of Wisbech's finances they should be grateful to anyone putting money into their coffers. They should give Buster a call and beg him to tell them how to do it.

Bridge the only slight worry what would happen if he had a stinker of a game. Look what the crowd did with Jepson

Bridge when he comes can see him being very much a 'marmite' type player with the fans. After Quigley last season, fans should never say never.

Martin thats the chappie. Birley was the other cen mid player who wasnt over big. Also think Lewis Webb did a stand in job at right back for a while, and who will forget Heggs using himself as a battering ram up top. He wasnt the quickest but he use to put himself about. Rumour has it he couldnt walk the next day.

84, I dont think it was just the centre backs. We started with a left back (ex WBA Or Villa lad) he soon disappeared to be replaced by yet another ladderless window cleaner. We certainly were a big side, and didnt take prisoners.
