« on: March 31, 2013, 12:32:26 PM »
Coalville have at home: Gresley, Halesowen, Market Drayton, King's Lynn and Chasetown
away:  Stamford, Leek, Rainworth MW and Newcastle

Lynn have home: Sutton Coldfield, Sheffield and Loughborough
away: Stamford, Halesowen, Coalville, Market Drayton and Belper

outsiders Belper have home: Northwich Victoria and King's Lynn
away Mickleover, Hucknall, Romulus and Leek

Top two have equally hard run in, still lots to do but i think the momentum is with us at the moment

Linnets' Forum / Oh dear!

From the Carshalton forum

Bad result and a long way for supporters to go. The monkey chanting is a disgrace and needs to be aired and reported. Carshalton has always had black players because were not bigots. Sad to hear a minority of their fans felt the need to go backwards 20 years. If their Stewards allowed it to continue then it's the responsibility of our FA Charter Award winning club to report it immediately.

One day if this minority don't stop these mindless acts, King's Lynn town will cop it and get fined. For goodness sake the owners are doing their utmost for this club, spending money on improving facilities, investing in the playing staff. It takes an enormous amount of effort to run the show and there is some banter that is acceptable but this...........leaves me almost speechless

I can never remember how much we all guessed how much the 'old' club owed but it was a lot?

A sober reminder to run a club like a business!

Linnets' Forum / Change of Law re Luke's goal.
« on: April 30, 2012, 04:05:11 PM »
I see from the 2012/3 season one of the changes in the law is that if a 'goal' is scored directly from an uncontested drop-ball it will be a goal kick if goes in to the opposing goal and a corner if it goes into your own goal.

No more of Luke's type goal!!
