Not been given a chance to prove it!  :dontknow:
Donít you see that the whole aim of Newspeak is to narrow the range of thought? In the end we shall make thoughtcrime literally impossible, because there will be no words in which to express it.

Not good enough at this level
As yet, he's not been given the chance to prove that one way or another. That's unlike several players that have been signed, paid decent wages, and failed to deliver!
In life, its important to remember that those that can't, usually teach!

IMO Jack has never been given reasonable chance and the encouragement to prove his worth at first team level.

Very much like Setch then Loopy? All the success he had as a Manager was at a lower level and not at this level.
All credit to him for achieving what he did at lower levels but  Setch has done nothing at this level to prove anything other than it being a step too far for him.
Managers as well as players all have their limits!
The thread is not about setchell it's about frowhawk and imo this level is a step to far .culverhouse was brought in to get the club promoted .do you honestly think he will do that with reserve team players and what will happen if he don't even make playoffs next season

I don't think that anyone expects all reserve team players who are given a chance, to immediately make the grade but it is surely good that they are being given the oppprtunity to prove themselves and if one, two, three become first team squad regulars, that must be a win win situation???????

If Fryatt, Backie and Culverhouse can nurture the local talent then the production line could produce 1/2 players every season. That's massive.  There is no reason Kings Lynn and the surrounding area should not be capable of producing this home grown talent. Of course it all
Has to be mixed with the good local talent that's out there at others clubs plus outstanding talent we already have in the first team (the likes of Fryatt, Pedro, Castellen, Big Sam, Clunan, Hawkins etc).

We now have a top notch coach who can bring all these elements together.
