exactly BSE, funny how them "outsiders" of Heggs team seemed to show more heart, desire and passion than most local lads. to the local lads it seems like all they care about is the infamy in chicagos on a saturday night. no true footballing desire.

"Where are all the players that Heggs, Webb and previous managers had now, why aren't they still here, money i would suggest."

Bit unfair that Johnnyboy. What were the Heggs team going to do? Wait from November until August for the club to reform? Of course not. They are now playing at a higher level that befits them.
I couldn't care less where the players came from as long as they played with heart for King's Lynn FC. Something that definitely happened under Heggs..

From what i have been led to believe it is not money this time. :dontknow:

at this level maybe thats all we can expect from them.Local lads having a drink locally is not surprising.Maybe doing so on a night before a cup final was not the best of ideas but perhaps thats what we have to put up with until we move the club on to step 4 and beyond and get the type of players that take playing for the club a bit more seriously

Well; the Club is fragmented already; bring in Heggs and set up AFC KL (leicester) FC  even bigger budget and kill this club in similar style.  What was his budget when the Club of over 120 years died in the High Court!!!!!

Yes that would be when the damage was done. As I recall one of the reasons Jack was told thanks but no thanks by Carl Heggs was down to the budget restraints.

The fact that Heggs currently has no role in football baffles me considering how well he was doing here. I still think we'd have won the league that year. We'd beaten the sides that finished 1st and 2nd (Guisley 4-2  and Bradford PA 3-1), and the football was a joy to watch.
