Lynn completed their first double of the season thanks to two goals from Ryan Fryatt, the last coming in the 90th minute.
An even first half ended with the hosts ahead thanks to a 34th minute penalty.
After an uneventful opening the first chance of note fell to Keegan Everington, his shot being blocked by Isacc Kelly. The next minute saw a ball in from Shaun McWilliams find Toby Hilliard but home ’keeper Cameron Clarke was quickly out to block his attempt.
Karnell Chambers was a thorn in the Lynn side and he forced Alex Street to claw away a goalbound shot for a corner.
It was Chambers who scored the opening goal after he had been pulled down by Tom Ward, making no mistake from the spot. Lynn came close to equalising just before the break when Tom Ward got on the end of Michael Clunan’s corner but the effort was just wide of the goal.
Cinderford nearly doubled their lead seconds before the interval when Jarred Welch broke through for a one-on-one aganst Street but the Lynn stopper made a blocking save.
Lynn equalised five minutes into the second half when McWilliams’ ball out to Sam Warburton resulted in an inch perfect centre which found the head of Ryan Fryatt at the back post whose thumping header gave Clarke no chance.
The game took a further twist on 68 minutes when Street came out of his area to make a tackle on Elliot Ford but his contact resulted in a straight red, reducing Lynn to ten men with Charlie Congreve coming on for his first team debut between the posts.
The Lynn defence did a fine job in preventing the home side creating any further chances and with the game heading for a draw Fryatt again popped up at the back post to head home Clunan’s free kick.
