Neither team got the result they would have liked for their play-off aspirations as Lynn just missed out on their first league double but extended their unbeaten league run to nine games.
Having gained three points with a last gasp winner against St Ives so they dropped two points to a Reds equaliser four minutes into injury time.
Lynn were without Jordan Yong and Michael Clunan who missed the game through illness.
Lynn started brightly with Lee Stevenson having a shot in the first minute that was turned behind for a corner by 'keeper Bradley Catlow.
Stevenson was a problem for the home side throughout the first half, his next contribution setting up Kurtis Revan but Catlow managed to smother ball.
Stevenson then tried from long range but it went straight to Catlow and then Revan fired over as Lynn looked dangerous going forward.
They did, however, have Lee Smith to thank who blocked Duane Courtney's goal bound effort on twenty minutes.
Almost immediately Lynn went down to the other end and Ryan Fryatt's cutback saw Stevenson shoot straight at Catlow.
Toby Hilliard had a chance to break the deadlock ten minutes after the restart but having beaten he fired over when a ball to the well placed Stevenson might have been better.
Revan then shot high and wide after Hilliard had lifted the ball over the keeper and across goal.
The goals that Lynn had been threatening came on 76 minutes. Substitute Leon Mettam produced a bit of trickery on the edge of box teeing up Hilliard to break through a crowd of players and guide the ball into the bottom corner.
Lynn had chances to make the game safe in the final five minutes. Stevenson shot over and Mettam was inches away from a Ryan Hawkins cross.
Redditch piled on the pressure in the final seconds, Jhai Dhillon forcing a near post save from Alex Street.
Then there was heartbreak for Lynn with the equaliser. From a corner Courtney's far-post header found Gurjit Singh who forced the ball over the line.
