The Lynn starting eleven showed just the one change from that which shared the points with Frome Town on Saturday with Jacek Zielonka replacing Keiran Shipp
who was unavailable owing to work commitments.

A goalless first half had an end-of-season feeling with neither side having much to play for other than "local" bragging rights.
Despite his there were chances at both ends with the hosts first to show on ten minutes when Danny Kelly found himself one-on-one with Alex Street,
the Lynn ’keeper saving with his feet.
On the quarter hour Lynn had their first chance, Kegan Everington’s effort, however, found the car park.

Michael Clunan’s corner found its way to Sam Cartwright who fired over and a long range effort from Sam Warburton tested home ’keeper Tim Trebes.
Lynn created a couple of chances soon after the restart; Ryan Harnwell producing a fine turn and shot which went wide and then Ryan Hawkins’ free kick was just wide of the target.
Kelly replied for the Saints forcing Street into a good save but the break-through came in the 67th minute when Liam McDevitt fired through the legs of Sam Gaughran and past the unsighted Street.
Kelly made sure of he points with ten minutes remaining when he got on the end of Jack Bradshaw’s centre to head past Street.
Toby Hilliard nearly got on the scoresheet late on but headed wide from Zielonka’s cross.
Overall, an improved second half performance by the home side was deservedly rewarded.
