Lynn made two changes from the starting line-up that won against Royston with Simon Lappin and Tom Ward dropping to the bench with Frazer Blake-Tracy and Leon Mettam starting.
The home club were first to show with a chance on two minutes falling to Shane Hollamby from Ben Wright's ball into the box but his header was comfortably dealt with by Alex Street.
Sam Smart then evaded a number of challenges as he worked his way into the area but his shot was blocked.
Lynn settled and began to boss the game winning a succession of corners, Blake-Tracy caused problems with a run onto the box but there was no one up with him and then Craig Parker scooped over after good work by the impressive Cameron Norman.
Then on 25 minutes Lynn were awarded a penalty when Ryan Hawkins was fouled by Marcus Johnson-Schuster just inside the box and Michael Clunan scored from the spot, his third in as many matches.
Lynn could have doubled their lead three minutes later when Hawkins' shot from distance hit the base of the post with the home 'keeper beaten.
Lynn continued to dominate with the home side penned into their own half.
The Dragons equalised four minutes after the restart in controversial circumstances. A ball into the box saw Sam Argent and Street go for it with Street ending up grounded and the ball going into the path of Ben Wright to score.

The scores were level for just three minutes. Michael Gash saw his header hit the bar and the ball fell kindly for Sam Gaughran to bundle home.
The ever dangerous Wright then saw a header go just over while at the other end Mettam forced a good save from Colm McAdden.
Lynn lost Hawkins to concussion and Cameron Norman to injury and the better of the final chances fell to the home side but Lynn saw of the challenge to inflict the Dragon's first home defeat since the opening day of the season.
