Lynn made sure of second place in the division and with it a home draw in the play-offs with a deserved win at Chesham.
Lynn wasted no time with Ryan Hawkins getting on the end of a Cameron Norman cross and forcing Hafed Al-Droubi into a smart low save in the first minute.
Almost immediately after Toby Hilliard miskicked in front of goal and Norman's follow-up was blocked. Frazer Blake-Tracy was next to try his luck but headed
Simon Lappin free-kick wide but the travelling Lynn fans didn't have to wait long for a goal.
With seven minutes on the clock a neat exchange of passes between Craig Parker and Michael Gash ended with Gash setting up Parker to slot home.
Lynn could easily have extended their lead soon afterwards but Hawkins shot wide when inside the box Hilliard's square ball.
On 23 minutes Lynn got the second goal that they had been threatening. Hilliard's ball to Cameron King allowed him to present Parker with the easiest of goals.
Lynn continued to remain on top with Hilliard heading Lappin's cross just over the bar and, in stoppage time, Gash missing from close range.
A foul on Parker six minutes after the restart resulted in a Norman free kick from some 25 yards floating over the defensive wall and into top corner of the net to put Lynn three up.
Chesham's attacks had been few and ineffective but Alex Street was called on to make a comfortable save to deny Jefferson Louis but in the next minute
a lapse in the Lynn defence allowed Shane Bush to win the ball on the edge of Lynn's penalty area, his low shot finding the bottom corner.
Louis had a further attempt on the hour which went wide but the bulk of the remaining chances went to Lynn.
Lappin had a powerful shit tipped over by Al-Droubi and substitute Tom Siddons hit a shot on the turn that tested Al-Droubi.
