Arrivals and re-signings:
Lynn have announced the arrival of three players for the forthcoming season.
Sam Kelly is a 25 year old (b. 21.10.1993) attacking midfielder/winger who as a youngster played for Cambridge United and Histon at Under 13 level before joining Norwich City Academy in January 2010.
On release from the Canaries in joined Everton in March 2012 but was released in June 2013
He dropped into non-league joining Cambridge City at the beginning of February 2014 and then returned to Norwich for the 2014-15 season.
He found first team football at Port Vale who he joined on a two year contract in June 2015 leaving them having made 57 appearances (23 starts).
He moved on to Grimsby at the end of May 2017 on a two year deal making twelve appearances but in June 2018 he joined Scottish side Hamilton Academicals making nine appearances.
February 2019, saw a returned to England joining National League side Braintree Town (5 appearances) moving on to Billericay Town the following month (3 appearances).

Nathan Fox is a left back who joins from Hednesford Town where he picked up three awards last season including Supporters’ Player of the Season.
The Leicester born 26 year old (b. 14.11.1992) began his career at Notts County and made one Football League appearance for the Magpies in 2010.
From Meadow Lane, he moved to Corby Town in a spell which saw him having loan periods at Kettering and Rugby Town.
He signed for Rugby in 2013 and Stamford the following season.
Spells at Slough (December 2015), Mickleover Sports and Rushall Olympic (January 2016) and then a return to Rugby in June 2016, being signed by ex-Linnet James Jepson.
Fox left Rugby when Jepson resigned in September 2016 having made a total of 31 appearances (two goals) in his two spells with Rugby.
Next up was a move Coalville and then Sutton Coldfield and onto Redditch United before landing at Hednesford in June 2018.

Last but not least, Sonny Carey joins from Wroxham FC for whom he made 36 appearance (32 starts) and scored 17 goals last season.
The 18 year old midfielder (b.20.01.01) was picked up by Norwich City Academy at the age of seven and was part of the Under 10s and Under 13s squads and played for Under-14s in tournament in Woudenberg, near Utrecht in June 2014.
The Easton and Otley College sports student was selected for the 20-man England Colleges FA national team for the 2018-19 season.
He has had trails with Norwich City, Oxford United and Cambridge United.

Last season's players who have agreed to stay at The Walks are: Michael Gash, Ryan Jarvis, Jordan Richards, Ryan Fryatt, Ryan Hawkins, Michael Clunan and Alex Street.
Adam Marriott, Rory McAuley, Harry Limb, Chris Henderson and Aaron Jones were already committed to another season.
On Monday 3rd June it was announced that winger Natty Stewart had agreed terms. Stewart scored 13 goals from 25 appearances while on loan at Wroxham last season and the following day it was announced Ross Barrows had also agreed to stay.

Departures: Craig Parker has announced his departure from the club on Twitter.

The 32 year old joined Lynn in June 2017 from AFC Sudbury making a total of 94 appearances (68 starts) scoring 19 goals.

This was followed the next day by Joe Robinson's departing message:

Twenty-two year old Robinson joined Lynn from Cambridge City at the beginning of 2019 making ten appearances.

This was followed by the club announcing that 26 year old Will Mellors-Blair had been released by the club.
He was another player signed in January. He made 13 appearances for Lynn (two starts) scoring once, that goal coming in the 5-0 victory over St Neots Town.

Eoin McQuaid also took to Twitter to announce his departure. "Would like to wish @officialKLtown all the best for the future! Had an amazing 6 years, thanks to everyone for making that time so enjoyable πŸ’›πŸ’™"
McQuaid, 22, had a spell on loan to Wisbech during the 2018-19 season making 27 appearances as well as two appearances for Lynn first team and five for the reserves. In all he made 44 appearances for Lynn\'s first team, scoring twice.

Finally on Tuesday 21st May, it was reported in the press that Frazey Blake-Tracy has joined Peterborough United on a two year contract.
The 23 year old was signed from Lowestoft Town in June 2017 for a £2,000+ fee having progressed through the Academy at Dereham Town.
The popular left sided defender made 98 appearances for Lynn, scoring twice.
It was confirmed by the club on 23 May that Frazer Blake-Tracy had joined Peterborough United for an undisclosed fee.
