2. Personal data we collect.
We collect the following personal data:
● Individual Membership
For individual members, we hold names, postal address, e-mail address, contact telephone numbers and where provided a date of birth.
Your details are held against a membership/share number.
Should individuals fail to renew or cancel their membership, all personal details will be deleted from our records.
The name of the individual will be retained against their unique membership/share number.
We do not retain copies any direct debit forms, the originals of which are submitted to the relevant bank.
● Linnets Lotto
For subscribers to The Linnets Lotto, we hold names, postal address and contact telephone numbers.
Should individuals cancel or fail to renew their subscription to the lotto, their names and contact details will be deleted from our records.
● Website Forum Registrees
For those individuals who register to contribute to the forum on the website www.thelinnets.co.uk we hold user names and e-mail addresses.
Should individuals choose to de-register themselves from the forum, all details will be deleted from our records within 72 hours.
● Corporate Members and Website Advertisers
All contact details for Corporate Members and website advertisers are sourced from advertising sources already used by the companies/organisations which appear in the public domain
3. Sources we collect your data from.
We collect your personal data from you either from your membership application form, from your application to subscribe to the Linnets Lotto, or from your online registration to enable you to contribute to the forum.
4. Who we share your personal data with
We will not share any of your details with any third party without first seeking your explicit permission.
5. Your rights in relation to your personal data
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
● The right to be informed about the personal data we collect, how your personal data is being used, and from where we collect your personal data.
● The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
● The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
● The right to request the deletion of your personal data.
6. When and why we use your personal data
We will only use your personal data to contact you regarding matters relating to the Blue and Gold Supporters’ Society or matters of concern relating to
King’s Lynn Town Football Cub.

If you are unhappy with the way we are using your personal data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection regulator.
We are here to help, and encourage you to contact us in an effort to resolve your complaint first.
8. Cookies
The website uses third party software that utilises cookies for two purposes.
Forum software provided by Simple Machines, LLC a not for profit organisation based in Nevada. USA uses cookies to enable ease of logging in.
Google Analytics - are used to monitor which pages are used, the type of browser and devices, which country you are in etc.
These statistics do not identify individuals just web traffic.
Your browser should have the option to either accept cookies openly, to notify you before accepting cookies, or to refuse cookies altogether.
9. IP addresses.
IP addresses are recorded on the Forum, by Google Analytics and on the "live feed" (third part software by ScribbleLive) and may be used to identify the location of the device
used to access the software.
