According to today's EDP Jack Friend scored his eighth goal in four games for Wisbech v Mildenhall in the Vase on Saturday. Michael Frew also turned out for Wisbech and Steve Spriggs for Mildenhall. Report also mentioned Luke Kennedy, name rings a bell, was he on loan to us at some point? From Peterborough?

I think Jack Friend had a raw deal at the Walks, 3 or 4 times he could leave the full back for dead, but we seemed reluctant to use him more.

Defo one that got away. He is a natural goalscorer although Lynn never played him in his best position.

Does not seem to be able to perform consistently. Looks very good on occasion but cannot sustain it?
