Title: Peterbrough Sports.
Post by: Grissles Oleary on January 19, 2025, 12:26:34 AM
So on to Peterborough Sports on Saturday, not great attendances, average 297,highest was Scunthorpe 487. We have the opportunity by being so close to outweigh the home support massively? If you have a spare seat let people know, either here or Facebook pages, same if you need a lift. Don't forget just a few quid on the bus as well, make it a home game.  :scarf: :scarf: :scarf:

For those that like a few of stats.   Sports haven't beaten any team in the top 9, apart from one....... Kings Lynn.   Also it seems they like to travel.  Points gained  on the Road,  21 set against points at home,14.

Big 3 points needed on Saturday if we are to keep up with everyone else in the top 6.

It'll be a tough game, Peterborough Sports seem to be a very difficult side to break down who don't give away too much. Still confident we'll get it right though as we seem to play with a bit more freedom away from home. I'm going for a 2-0 win and the sizeable following from West Norfolk getting behind the boys  :scarf: :scarf:
