Title: Tommy Widdrington.
Post by: Blue_and_Gold on August 20, 2025, 09:57:27 PM
Our ex Manager Tommy Widdrington must be under a lot of pressure already this season.

A 2-3 home defeat tonight means that Shots have failed to register a point from their first three games this season.

Not exactly a fans favourite (neither is his son), I'm sure their forum will be active tonight.

As long as they don't come sniffing in our direction again when looking for his replacement.  Widdler Jun is now captain.  Honestly you couldn't make it up.

He was missing for tonight's game as he was serving a ban. I bet his his little jogs around the pitch and finger pointing would have made all the difference.   :laughcry:

They gave Widdrington a two-year contract at the beginning of the month.
It might be expensive to get rid of him.

You should read their fans forum. They are not fans of either of them. Where is Arron Jones these days.

I bet the Shots fans aren't complaining about Tommy tonight. Big away win at Moor's.   Will he pick his boy when he's available after suspension on the back of this result ?  :laughcry:
