Logic says it should be our best gate of the season...............Let's hope for maximum publicity via local media.

Number crunching earlier. Not counting stoppage time it is now 414 minutes since we last conceded at The Walks.

Should be a good gate for this one but some will say there will be a lot more there than the official given gate, apparently.

I think Hungerford will be more worried by us than the other way round. Will take a very good side to take all 3 points from The Walks these days.

What about trying to get some support from local radio and also Friday's paper? It's a good time to be shouting about the club as much as possible.

Spot on, Robbo. IMO posters are good - every little helps and they might attract a few but surely the message via local written and spoken media is the key as this is so much more than just another home match.........Ideally, the full story needs telling......Local boys, on a winning run, competing for a play off place against one of their closest rivals etc etc etc

Anything the Club can do to gain media coverage.  Posters, write ups in the local rags, Online stuff, Radio Interviews with Setch and even Buster.  Loads of stuff to go at.

Norwich are away, as are Peterborough. Could something be done to attract those without a home game?

Mark Hearle is still listed on the club website as 'Press Officer'.......Surely he should be leading the charge on this one?

Setch is doing a video tommorow with Gav Caney and Greg Plummer before the Res game to promote Saturday's game and all the forthcoming home games, I know the subject of crowd attendances will be brought up in the interview as I was with Setch today. We are also hoping KLFM will be in attendance as well as I've spoke to them today and asked them to really try and promote all the home games that we have left.
Also we should soon have a link on the website where you can download the poster for the forthcoming fixture.
Hopefully see you all at the Reserve game tomorrow as we could do with all your support, I am hoping to be there but still recovering from Shingles
Lots of exciting things will be happening over the next few months it's exciting times as Tazzy would say :)

All seems very positive Backie, certainly things have moved on greatly over the last few months, and you are doing what you said you would, very refreshing.  Hope you feel a bit better soon.

Has Tazzy ever mentioned about exciting times ?  I must have missed that.  :laughcry:

Backie one quickie, The Gaughran playing over at Dersingham, any connection to Sam ?

Great work Backie. Saturday is a huge opportunity for the club, both on and off the field.

Get an extra 300 people through the gate Saturday bringing in circa 3K   Would that be enough to bring in maybe one extra body  for the last 8 weeks of the season ?  Or are we ok going with what we have ?

Thoughts....

Hungerford's 2-0 win over Bideford last night drops us to 6th, so we need a win Saturday to get back ahead of them.

Leamington have the chance to go ahead of us on goal difference tonight if they can beat Stratford at home.
