Not an ideal draw, away to a tough side, but a winnable one nontheless. Good pitch I think up there, so should suit King's Lynn.

Most recent meeting with Nantwich was back in 2015 in the FA Trophy at their place. We lost 5-1. But we have come a long way since then so we can win this. Just a pity it is another away draw.

Such a shame we didnít get a money spinner of a home draw.  3 away on the trot is a toughie.  Could have done with a home draw to give the coffers a boast.

A very tough draw for us that. A  good team who trimmed us up in the FA Trophy a few seasons back. Can confirm surface ( when we visited) was very good despite it being a wet day.

Iím sure Nantwich will consider it a very tough draw as well Mark.  Think we will be more than good enough to at the least bring them back to The Walks.

Yes agreed, but another midweek replay would be far from ideal, before a Saturday trip to Kidderminster

Its not easy, and as already stated if a replay, we go to Kidderminster the following Saturday. But also remember that Lemington will have to come to us on a Tuesday night now. Unless we both get free Saturdays, which is unlikely. It is swings and whatever!

KES With a place in 1st round draw and a possible biggie to come to The Walks then itís a price worth paying.  Could set us nicely for a couple of years, finically.

Can't argue with that. Just unfortunate that it's a tough away fixture......my first reaction was probably a draw and a replay.
Let's hope the team gets its mojo back for the next two games ..on top form we could win at Nantwich for sure.

Important that the team regard it as a tough fixture. I got the impression in the first half on Saturday that some regarded it as an easy game. I know there has been debate about weakened teams and certainly  a Lynn side without Clunan and Jarvis playing can be regarded as being weakened. Hopefully they are fit and ready to play soon.
Nantwich have already knocked Telford out of the cup and seem to like to score 3 goals at home!
Another interesting place to visit; Tudor and Georgian architecture; a historic town like Lynn. Ground within walking distance of the station.
It can be said that the team worth its salt will be the winner.
Hopefully the dream of that first round tie will be the motivation to achieve. Has the potential to be a cracking game! Next two weeks Norfolk v Cheshire!

Nantwich will be a similar standard to Warrington. This is a very tough draw.

Not a weakened team at all, IMHO.  One that would be likely to keep the opponents under more pressure than us, and a goal threat throughout the line-up.  I would be happy to see that team sheet at Nantwich, but whatever team IC picks wonít be weaker than any other because we week-stocked throughout the squad.
All IMHO, of course !!

If Lynn go into this game in the right frame of mind, then there is no reason why we shouldn't be into the next round.

No, I am mistaken, I remember the encounter in 76/77 when Lynn were given the fright of their lives in the 1st QR before winning 3-2 at The Walks. I see two yrs later it was the 3QR and they lost 1-0 away.
