Title: Today’s NLP
Post by: Mallard on April 05, 2020, 10:24:52 AM
Great full page interview with new signing Alex Brown...

Also it seems all Clubs in the National League are going to be canvassed on how to end the current campaign, and asked to vote on it.

Perhaps Mark could explain what this all could actually mean for us ?

The NLP is a must read publication for those that want to be informed and kept up to date with what's going on.

It will be interesting to see what happens if National League clubs prefer one way of ending the current season and the EFL choose another. Will loyalty to member clubs take priority over National League ambitions?

Where do you buy the paper? Do newsagents stock it or you have to order it in?

Larger newsagents tend to have it in on Sundays. You can also Subscribe to get a digital edition.

The thing is with the demise of Bury will the EFL want another disruptive season of running a Division with one team short ?  That alone says that one team ( Barrow) will be promoted from the National
League.  That alone should start of a chain of events.

The Premier League ( or rather the TV money) run Football not the FA.   So The Prem
League will decide what’s best for football ( or their bank accounts).   700-800m at stake if the TV companies demand back the % of no games shown will have an impact on what happens.

Interesting Podcast now available from The Chairman.    3 main subjects he deals with.   He is hoping to do one each week.
