Did you get the deal to supply the kit for the Club? If so that must have been a sizeable order and worth having. Must have been worth it for the cost of a McDonald’s.

Certainly a great Coach and fun personality.   Would say he was an interesting character in some of his business interests away from Football.

SC is off to the States looking for ‘investment’, I use the word loosely. If SC doesn’t pull one then he has the choice of sticking in an extra £2k a month to repay the loan or cut the budget further.   Either next season should see the club revert back to part time, surely ?  Mind being full time doesn’t seem to have done us any favours this season.

Are we the only team in say the bottom 6 who are full time ?

Fair points there B&G re AL.  However the reason MH was sacked and Adam brought in was surely for us to retain our step 2 status ?  When he came in he would have known the budget he was working with.  Though I admit it does seem strange he has only brought in two young loaners, would have thought he would have maybe changed the squad a bit more.   In his interview he seemed to be concerned about how weak we are from set pieces. So maybe he will need bring in a few experienced players to toughen things up.

As for the loan repayment.  Can’t see what difference it will make to the Club’s balance sheet as will we not be swapping the loan repayment ( plus the interest) for more in the Directors Loan Column.  Seems the hole will just get deeper and deeper

Can’t say it was any surprise getting done at Tamworth.  Like it or not we ain’t at that level these days.  What was more worrying was AL’s post match interview.  Very few positives it seems there at the moment.

Next Saturday at home to Banbury is looking a very pivotal game in our season.  The opposition are sitting just above us, got beat Saturday at home, so really feel this is game that we must be targeting to take all 3 points.

After 3 defeats on the spin it and then into December will be interesting to see what crowd turns up for this one.

AL has come in with high praise from Chairman as the best Manager at this level.  With a win rate of around 30%, since he joined us, then it’s time for him to step up to the mark

Not sure Cleeve can be accused of having an empty wallet GC.  He has pumped a fair old wedge of cash into the club since he walked into the building.  Whether it’s his cash or came from elsewhere, he’s been the one spending it, and he continues to do so.

As for  him not carrying cash, maybe he feels he is Royaty 😂

I guess this award has a lot to do with the young lady, Jodie Hopkins.  Been very impressed with the way she has embraced the work in the Community.   All credit to her.

Surely we must have got a kings ransom for Widdler Jun from Aldershot ? 😂.   I wonder if SC has factored in the compo he seemed confident he would get from Aldershot/TW for him walking out on  his contract.   Or will this be another story that disappears up it’s own exhaust pipe ?

The mystery stand sponsor not renewing must have also had an effect on finances this season.

Pink, as in terms of Manager or players ? To
Me it’s all down to the poor decision to appoint Hughes who in turn made poor decisions in terms of player recruitment.

After SC made his choice of Manager the buck stops firmly with him.  No point in blaming the fans for not turning up in sufficient numbers.

It sounded positive that SC has a masterplan which will hopefully see the Club working to a break even model next year.  Not sure if this something new he has come up with or the idea of summer concerts will be going ahead.  If it is something new has he lost interest in the concert idea ?

Just a guess, but could it be his version of this fan equity idea?

If so, and it's linked to the big loan the club now has being written off, I don't think I'll be holding my breath on that one.

Can’t see how writing off that loan will equate to the Club reaching a break even point next year.  I though SC was having to pump in circa £200k to balance the books.  The loan plus interest is to be paid back over what, 20 years ?

According to the new Podcast the reasons we are struggling more this season is Three fold....

1.   No Cup run this year.. ( is this really factored into finance for a year ?)

2.  Lack of players being sold on  ( again how can this be factored into any budget?)

3.  Lack of Crowds turning up to watch, ( SC struggles to understand why fans won’t pay overpriced admission to watch crap football).

Last two results for sure are disappointing.  Was surprised that after the Manager’s comment post Stourbridge that he went with the same starting 11.  Be interesting after Tuesday performance what he goes with at Tamworth.

The new guy comes across as a really good guy but then so was Mark Hughes.  AL has gained 14 points out of a possible 30.  Which is not a bad return, however we are now back in the drop zone.  Honeymoon period over ?

Important period pre Christmas coming up.
