As this was clearly a celebration of the club gaining promotion could it be that a Senior Club person has signed off on this gathering ?  If so how can they then condemn it ?

I would have thought that if the hierarchy at the Club knew nothing of this gathering they would have issued some form of press release to distance themselves from this get together

I respect your views KES ( as always).  Just think if Boris has deemed that young people can go drinking in pubs and decide to open it all up for the first time on a Saturday.  With the media out there dubbing it Super Saturday, then in truth what did people expect.?   I would wager those scenes at The Lord Nap were happening all over the Country ( well nearly all).  I would suggest the pics we have on on here of the Linnets is a minor gathering compared to other videos/ pics that can be seen.

Iím not saying itís right, Iím saying itís what you would expect.

KES, having the seen the scenes from Soho on super Saturday then what the Lynn players were doing is small potatoes.

The Chairmans Podcast should be well worth listening to this week.

Think if you click on the photo KES you can see that Social distancing has been pushed aside, while the photo is taken.   Difficult to have a group photo while maintaining Social distancing.

The Lord Napier.... Where the Linnets drink.,......would make a grab ad in next years Match day Programme  :laughcry:

Have you got the link to the vids Brad?

Canít see Rory on the pic.  Maybe he was flogging his food.   No Ryan Fryatt either.  Which is a massive shame  after all he has given to the Club

The Non League paper are running an online survey to gauge the feelings of fans of the game on the return of watching live Football.   The survey is being run in conjunction with the FSA.

Is this press release the work of SC or from the Clubs Press Officer ? I guess itís would just need rubber stamping by SC.

I guess either way both are involved.   Colours firmly nailed to the mast there.

Surely with a Coach of the standing and ability of IC it is a must to tap into that skill.

Kings Lynn now has a team that is now at the highest level of Non League.  When was the last time we had the privilege?

Think it is important for the Town to have a direct connection to The Club and all that it can now offer.

Tony, I think Ross Barrows could make a decent step 1 right back. Certainly got the legs and the pace.  Not sure if Arron Jones has.   Then again there are question marks against many of our players as they step up a level.  However they certainly werenít disgraced v Dover and Ebbsfleet in Cup games.

With regard to Daryl Southwell he has proved he can score goals at step 2 and with a pre-season etc with IC I would bet money he will be one a better player.  I wouldnít under estimate that extra % that IC gives to each player. CM roles we have Jarv, Carey, Richards and Clunan competing for places.  How about Cameron King coming back.  Class act and wasnít getting a massive amount of starts at Halifax last season.

Like KES I would like to see a Gash type player signed.  Someone who can get you up the field while others look to get in touch with him and play from there.   At 34 itís a big ask of Gash to do 90 mins at this level as a part timer.

Maybe Tony, IC is looking To add another strong his bow In terms of formations etc.  Could be a less raw version of Simon Power?

We have signed a left sided defender, a wide player and a keeper.  Subject to no offers for Marriott from a League Club ( maybe just the wrong time in Football and the wrong age). What do people think we need.
