Jim Green @jimcgreen .@TheVanaramaNL has confirmed to clubs the board is no longer considering the option of the league taking a loan and distributing to clubs.
It adds clubs taking loans is not ‘seen as sustainable and viable’ (correct) so it appears the season now rests on a u-turn from DCMS.

If the league takes out the loan then the clubs have nothing to repay - the club just have reduced income in following seasons.
If the season is suspended then for how long? Currently furlough ends at the end of April.

Isn't it a matter of the league taking out the loan and therefore member clubs do not receive as much money from the league in future seasons. Therefore the clubs will be looking to either cut their cloth according to the reduced income or raising money themselves through sponsorship, admission fees, etc.

More like one in all out KES.
So you think that if Simon Power had taken up the club's offer of covering his wages to the end of the season we wouldn't have signed Tyler Denton? I guess we will never know. I wonder how many players on Lynn's books have football as their only income.

I would agree that it is bad form to ask for donations to the supporters' club. For a league match maybe but not for a cup match where under normal circumstances gate money would be shared.
Although Mr Cleeve has heard this has anyone actually seen this anywhere?

Like you Mallard very surprised that it was not a season long loan, unless Lynn agreed a release rather than keep a want away player.
I thought season long loans could be recalled during the January transfer window as long as both clubs agree.

Cleeve said he went down with it over Christmas maybe the same source as Paul Bastock if not Bastock himself.
Makes out for a case for testing all players on a regular basis

To whoever has proved COVID-19 Positive, Best Wishes for a speedy recovery.
Paul Bastock has tweeted that he is the sufferer. Get well soon Paul.

Plus the added advantage of having a 1400 crowd behind us, then we might just cause a little upset here.
I can't see Lynn being in Tier 2 on Boxing Day.

Well I enjoyed watching him and thought he started showing glimpses of what he could produce and tbh was gutted but now I think what was he about when he signed ??
Circumstances change. I don't think the players were training Monday and Tuesday mornings when he signed. Does he still live in Norwich or is it Islington?

I'm surprised the club is selling Notts County tickets before knowing what tier we will be in. Tier 2 doesn't seem to be particularly effective at present.
