General Discussion / Re: Lynn lose to Curzon.

:sinking:That was dire one of the worst performances I ve had to watch. Boot and hope the first half. Is the master plan to get relegated and rebuild to make the Walks fortress Walks again? On tonight’s performance we will not get many more points this season.
The phrase headless chickens no fight no shape . Worst performance I have seen in a lot of years. I must be mad will be there again come Saturday.

Have to say, I haven't come away so disappointed from the Walks in a long, long time.

On the positive side, Hargreaves' return showed what we have been missing for most of 2023, MotM for me by a country mile, also good to see Barrett playing more of a role although ultimately the most positive thing from today will be that AL and SW will be left in no doubt about the size of the task ahead of them, saw AL's comments about 'rebalancing' the squad but think he may struggle moving some on - we are already the bottom rung of full time football so where can we move them to?

Biggest negative was that we went in with 3 centre halves, two wing backs, two midfielders and then a front three a system that we have gone with for the majority of home games this season but which doesn't work with the players in the squad, even with the new pairing of Hargreaves and Oke playing in the middle of the park.  We did eventually change but next week's training has to focus on a different formation, the problem being that most of the centre halves are better in a 3 whereas neither of the full backs look close to having the skill set of being wingbacks and the starting front three continue to look like individuals battling with the system rather than more than the sum of their parts.
Oke was a passenger in midfield. Absolutely no idea

What a shambles first half we gave them three goals. Very debatable free kick for the free kick goal.

Thought the Kettering number 8 made Tom Daley look distinctly average.

Think the last Tuesday night game pulled in around 700.  So would hope this Tuesday will see 900 plus.
I have stayed away all season pricing being the problem. May be back on Tuesday if I can

Hi mallard  IMO it doesn't  matter  where Lynn are in the league if people cant afford it they cant afford it - i certainley wont be putting myself in debt to watch Lynn
3 homes game's has taken a toll on me financially  and with another 3 home games on the cards  i expect a lot of fans will be a bit choosey which ones they watch.
Hopefully things will sort themselves in our country  otherwise we will all be in the cart.
Completely agree missing watching Lynn but not prepared pay that much to watch them

Simon Rowe's Radio West Norfolk is now available on DAB.

Previously a presenter with KLFM for 23 years, he's worked with the guy that runs Twisted Melon before (who is apparently involved with future music gigs at the Walks), so there is already a connection there.

Community Radio serving the people of Kings Lynn. What could be better than that for the Club (or indeed the Radio station)?

I wonder if our Clubs Media department have ever considered approaching them with regards to covering home games. Cross fertilisation for both business's.

If Radio West Norfolk haven't got a sports presenter, I'm sure the Club could find someone willing to do it.

Could it work?

Where on DAB  is it please?

It’s quite disappointing Tony.  Everyone wants to see the Walks buzzing with crowds getting North of a 1,000 every home game.  TW is doing his job and is certainly not as ‘Camera shy’ as IC was.

The ingredients are all there but SC is being badly let down.
£15 adults £10 concessions at Kettering. This is reasonable, our prices are not
