Having looked at the weather forecast for the next 3 days the prospect of the game taking place is no chance. The BBC weather forecast I can see states that it is unlikely the temperature will rise above freezing point at any time. Bad

It's a reward for attending 3 matches. Some people may not be able to attend all 3 because of other commitments or don't want to for whatever reason, but that is not the Club's fault.

On a more positive note, please see announcement today. Watch three home games for the price of two. Norwich 12/7 KO 1930, MK Dons 16/7 KO 1500 and Peterborough United 19/7 KO 1930 are the visitors which must be worth the effort and the cost. Regards - Badger.

Anyone expecting any other result today must be living in cloud cuckoo land. Give credit where credit is due, we tried and can only use the the players we have. Do you really expect better results against the top echelon clubs of the league, no, of course not. Hopefully we can against the lower based clubs in future fixtures. Support the club and still hope some reward for the reminder of the season, not keep finding fault and undermining what good people in the Club are trying to achieve. Stop being so critical, it doesn’t help management or players. Regards- Badger (Mic Brock)

When Ian was first brought into the Club it was stated in the Media that he didn’t like talking to them because he didn’t feel comfortable doing it. After match summaries when he has done them have been fine but they don’t last as long as the Press conference earlier this week. After he said his piece on that occasion, he could have, in my opinion, left the table and then maybe all this speculation (in some cases not complimentary) could have been avoided. He should be left alone and left to do what he does best and we all know what that is. Both players said they had had a good enjoyable week training and were looking forward not only to Saturday but beyond. There are many good reasons to get a win on Saturday but it won’t be the end of the world if we don’t. We still have plenty to look forward to. Regards - Mic Brock (Badger) a supporter for 75 years and proud of it.

I have in the past asked if the FOTL could advertise how they have helped the Club and what they have purchased. There is plenty of time to do this prior to the 7th Sep and if they did I believe a lot of people would like to become members especially at only £5. Regards -Badger.

The most important thing we should consider is how do we accommodate the extra supporters from the away side at the Walks that will obviously come to support them. The answer is straight forward in my opinion, keep the open terrace at the Tennyson Road end as it is but extend the covered standing area from that corner to the halfway line. At least it is then possible for people who have traveled a long way to get some protection from the elements and not have to travel home wet, and cold. Home supporters do have other areas in the ground to go to including the other half of that covered stand. Regards - Badger

Peterborough's team last night had 9 players who were involved in their last game at Portsmouth last Sat 31st July. Maybe could be described as a Youthful side but was full of talent and experience which was a very good test for us. Personally, I am really looking forward to next season and watching as many games that I can. Regards - Badger

I have seen (or heard on a Live Stream that McAuley is on contract for next season. The only other name I heard last night was that Clunan is as well. Add McFadden that is the only names I know of for sure. I hope Barrows and Richards are.
