Worrying words from SC, and I definitely donít have any answers for him. The shortfall is remarkable surely adding a commercial manager is worth the risk to see if we can make a dent in that?

Oh dear, if theyíre is cash to spend then we clearly need some additions. If additional signings would affect the long term sustainability of the club unfortunately we will have to get on with what we have.
Many people will throw SC under the bus about this when none of us no the circumstances.

Gloucester executed their game plan very well today, a rare error from Jarvis and a shot that I thought Pedro somewhat gifted them 2 goals. I thought our midfield 3 lacked today winning very few second balls all game and when on the ball it wasnít moved on quick enough. Like IC said people
do need to get real, weíve had an unreal start but aslong as we stay up we have had a great season.

Not a red card for me, was shocked when saw it was given. However I cannot see it being overturned.

Sadly couldnít make it today, struggling with work life balance at the moment, but what a great result and sounds like a superb performance. Michael Clunan has had a lot of naysayers in his time at the
Club including me, but he appears the be in the form of his life and maybe our best player currently. The new boys have settled in really well, credit to Backie and IC for getting them in. I just watched the IC interview never seen him so positive and happy to speak to the press. The club really has got a good thing rolling at the moment, credit to the owner and all involved from top to bottom.

Unless I have misread didnít take part again tonight, my understanding was that he has been on holiday but surely must be back this close to the season?

General Discussion / Re: Next season's squad ?

93,  do you think Jones will start ahead of Barrows ?  What a nice posting for IC to be in, when havingbto make choices like that.  The same could be said now of Smith, Fryatt and McAuley, unless IC starts with all 3 in the middle

I personally prefer Jones to Barrows, but IC seems to have it the other way, I think we will see a lot more 3 at the back this year with the Wing backs bombing on, I think IC wanted to play that way last year but the signing of Joe Robinson didnít work out as planned.

Now think we play the waiting game and see what falls nicely to us, somewhat like Cameron Norman and Aaron Jones in recent years.

CB ex Ipswich. Appears to have been one our top targets this summer

Was surprised that IC let Toby go to Wisbech last season given what we ended up with as cover up front, Toby a much better option off the bench than either Limb or WMB imo.  Might never end up being the 'finished article' but always gives 100% and that got him into positions to score some vital goals in the 17/18 season.  Were the reserves training on Tuesday or just selected players?  Joe Taylor in a couple of pictures, I know he did well for the reserves last year but would be a hell of a jump to step 2 football but good to see him involved in training all the same.

4 reserves training with the first team this season, was announced on the podcast.

A thing of beauty in my opinion.
