General Discussion / Re: End of Season Black tie dinner.

I would say myself that it is a bit pricey

But also have to ask Griss , the last three events at the B&G have been free entry and you didn't go to any !!

Also I think you may discover it was not Mark who set the price either !!

General Discussion / Re: FA Cup

That's a really tough draw !
Away to one of the most physical and direct non league sides......not really what we wanted with several players carrying knocks...would have been good to be able to rest some key players and be ready for York away the following week.
Be interesting to see what IC does re team selection.

Resting players for the FA cup is the last thing we need to be doing, I am sure the club could really do with the income and publicity a good cup run would generate.  Yes, the opening 10 league games have been fantastic but lets not get ahead of ourselves, stability at step 2 and a cup run would be a massively successful season imo.

Well said TonyM , that's exactly the case

Personally, if I am going to have a beer before the game then I would prefer to patronise the club bar, as it's now a great place to go and the club benefits. I realise that some don't see things that way.

I also use the club bar on a match day, haven't been in the Napier for months, but people do start to tire of being slated for not supporting the club by drinking elsewhere. If the bar were to offer a better selection of drinks at a more reasonable price then more people would be attracted. Paying nearly £4 for a can or something that resembles dyke water puts people off, maybe the brewery who advertises at the ground could be approached?  :dontknow:

What Brewery is that please ?

Wonder if ticket prices will be announced at the same time, how many A & B games, and season ticket prices? Also date and venue for end of season presentation?  :dontknow:

Why are you even worrying about prices, you won't be there !!

But if we havenít got any money and canít sell players how can he get his money back car park charges 😂😂😂 or the dish washer sale ? As the council owns the club so a strange situation  really of his own making I think with tunnel vision  :banghead; :banghead;

The council don't own the club, they own the land
