Just seen this on Aldershot Twitter feed.
First-Team Manager Tommy Widdrington is currently undergoing tests in hospital after being taken ill.
Tommy is stable and in good spirits, and we shall provide updates when there is anything further to share.

Football Club Investment
If you would like to own part or even potentially all of a club, here is your chance. As I write this King’s Lynn Town FC are 5th in the National League North just 2 points from the top. The squad is good, the manager excellent and there is no bank debt other than a 17k bounce back loan that remains. Our academy has over 400 kids in it, does very well and we sell more players than almost any other club. We have decided to look at all options and are open to a coffee and a confidential discussion - I am more than happy to stay involved and indeed would like to do just that. Would prefer a telephone call with any potential investors so please email me with your number at s.cleeve@icloud.com and we can have a quick chat.
Was sent this last evening taken from SC’s LinkedIn. Is the repeat of the situation from January.? I thought the Jo/Bal investment had sorted the issue.

Big game for Lynn tonight at The Walks. For those who can’t make it or just can’t brave the weather the game is live on DAZN. So you can still support the Linnets from the comfort of your armchair.

A win today will see us climb to at least 6th place. Could go higher depending on other results.

Club are pushing tonight’s game hard ( great media/PR). Reduction on admission, beers and hotdogs. Let’s hope it’s a decent turnout, a good game with the right result.

Amazingly a win tonight could see us top the League. Though it would be dependant on the Scunny result. How good would that look as we go into November ?

Nothing better ( in Football terms) than a home game on the opening day of the season.
Hopefully there will be a 1000 plus crowd in as AL has brought in a new feel good factor to the playing side.
He is spoilt for choice with options for a starting 11, though Margetts will be a big miss. Think we have the depth to cover this though. A new midfield player should be in today so gives AL even more choice. Wonder if it’s a loaner from Fleetwood, the Manager seems to have a good connection there.
I’m thinking we are going to send out a huge message to the League on Saturday and hand a 3-0 beating. Though I’d take a scrappy 1-0.
What are others thinking ?

I see the squad has been announced for the season with respective numbers. 21 man squad. Two players not included, have they been loaned or released? Oke and Chong. Anyone shed some light on these two

Linnets in action at Deeping Rangers tonight. Chance to blow some cobwebs away and run an eye over the new signings and maybe a few triatists looking for a contract.

3. Pre-season Friendlies lined up ?
4. Fixture release date ?
5. How are things progressing with the getting AL a decent surface to play on.
6. The new World wide commercial Director appointment ?
7. Anything from the Chairman about what’s happening at the Club ?

Just looking through the various Clubs who have got season tickets on sale.
Southport are offering an early bird deal of £169 for an adult. That works out at just over £7 a game (7.35 ). How do Clubs afford to offer such attractive prices ?

Thought we should have a new thread for players either coming to the Club, rumoured to be coming to the Club or players we would like to see coming to Club.
Just to kick things off. How’s about Central midfielder, currently at Peterborough Sports. …. Josh McCammon. He falls into at least one of those three categories.

Just watched AL 15min interview after the Sports game. Interesting insight into what the hopes are for next season. Has a hit list drawn up for who he wants in for next season.
Puts a bit more meat on the bone to the mess inherited when he entered the building earlier in the season. Was very critical Of the standard recruitments last summer. I guess the likes of Bartley, Clifford,Oke, Smith, Spence etc could fall into that category. Who was actually behind last summer’s new signings ?
To me the one glaring mistake in recruitment terms was Mark Hughes being appointment by Stephen Cleeve. The rest followed behind that.
