« on: November 04, 2017, 05:11:33 PM »
First of all I would like to say IC is still the man to take us forward but please no more players from carrow road in a Lynn shirt, most of the players who did not feature much in the first team do ok,but oh dear over the years we have had some star names that have done little or nothing with one or two exceptions ie Spearo and Cleary we were doing ok until the latest stars rocked up.

General Discussion / BIG NAMES AND GOALS
« on: March 04, 2017, 12:54:22 PM »
When or who was the last big name player we had that scored lots of goals? i cant remember in my time and have been going for 50 years! better off looking for hungry and up and coming ,even if it takes 3/4 signings to find one, still cost efective in the long run, we dont need anymore Norwich cast offs we had a few over the years with Shaun Carey and Spero being the only two with some hunger left.

463 and half outside ground at ko,even allowing for a few blips and slow starts when your club changes owner, whats going on at the walks?crowds going down and a response in the program which is unlikely to halt trend, players leaving ass managers leaving results poor, whats going on? will we only find out when it is to late ?some good ideas coming through but without your customers/ fans onboard maybe not so good, come on mr Cleeve we need better.

« on: September 03, 2016, 09:14:07 PM »
A few years have past with the trust even further away from being part of the football club, maybe its the time to start or think of the idea to form or join forces with a local club to have more than one senior club in Kings lynn, many towns are size can sustain this Boston and Cambridge spring to mind, would be sad in many ways but cant see anything happening in the near future, thoughts please.

General Discussion / TO BE OR NOT TO BE
« on: April 23, 2016, 12:26:13 PM »
The question is are we to be in contention next season or not to be if the first team finances are limited to revenue from attendances only, lots of good things set to take place which can only be good, but we need more people on board and part of club to see how far we really can go.

General Discussion / One man teams
« on: March 23, 2016, 06:14:49 PM »
Speaking of players who have left a lasting impression at the Walks, can anyone recall the three players from visiting teams whe ran the show from start to finish,MARK lawrenson for Corby town 1 -6 Ian storey Moore for Burton Albion 0-5 and Peter Tayler for Dartford 1-5 have not seen any other players have so much influence in a game of football as these three.

General Discussion / More possies than neggies
« on: March 13, 2016, 05:23:28 PM »
This season still has some miles left in it despite sats result, whatever the final league position this season has seen us move forward in many ways ie better league position more local players coming from more successful reserve side ,youth team that could finish top and first signes of engaging with a wider range of supporters, hope this is a trend that continues.

« on: January 23, 2016, 08:22:11 PM »
Matty Cast is the daddy, no disrespect to any other players that have helped lynn reach present position but matt cast is the best at the back we have had for many seasons and is getting better!we need to secure his services now or risk losing for nothing.
