I see Ollie Bayliss on 3 counties radio has an interview on Sunday, with Mark Ives, General Manager of the NL, discussing issues affecting the Dorkings and Hemels of this world. Would be nice if Radio Norfolk could do something similar  to discuss and aid the Linnets plight.

General Discussion / Forward Planning

If the club manages to retain its NL status after this horrible mess, some very strong lessons should have been learnt. The on pitch requirements will be much clearer after the last few months, but far, far more important and fundamental than that are the finances underpinning it. Very serious attention needs paying to the commercial side and some expertise needs to be brought in. It's clear the current model is just not sufficient for the NL in its current format. Any business, football or otherwise should really be able to ride out 3-6 months of poor incomes, by use of its reserves.
If Lynn's season ends soon with no sanctions, the 6 months or so before next season will be absolutely vital to rectify things.

I see that clubs have 28 days to vote....... hopefully everyone votes within a couple of days otherwise it will be chaotic.

Find themselves in a spot of bother at the wrong end, so sign Gloucester manager James Rowe who brings Akwasi Asante(remember him ) with him.

First match in charge is v Weymouth, Asante scores twice in the 2-1 win. Rowe likes the look of Tom Whelan in the Weymouth midfield, so signs him.

The buying power of a full time team, offering players full time contracts and the opportunity to play at a 10,000, all seater stadium.

Welcome to the big time Weymouth and Lynn et al !!
