With National League clubs like Solihull and Stockport reportedly throwing a lot of money into a promotion push this coming season, will the same ideas of resetís etc also apply at our level.

Should clubs be sustainable and not spend money they are not generating ?

Tony I do wonder if the delay In announcing the season ticket/ admission prices that SC mentioned a couple of weeks ago was because he had wind of the vat reduction from 20% to 5% that Rishi  Sunek  announced today.   Will this apply to Football?  As well as Food and drink.

Cheaper Football, cheaper catering. sounds a win win

Good post Colin.  Be interesting to know what project the Trust is undertaking to fund raise for.   Was the new turnstiles that they bought last season.

How can we be sure the money is going direct to Ground improvements and not going to something else, i.e. next seasons so called War Chest ?

Hopefully after last years failed attempt the Club will have learnt lessons and this time around be much better prepared.

Has to be a good opportunity for young lads to work under Ian Culverhouse.  Has it been stated how many days a week he will be working with the players or are the club just using him as a figurehead to draw in the young lads ?

Well Gordon as they say all good things come to an end.   Neil has given wonderful service over the years.  So maybe has done his time with the game.  Ryan will pick up another club at a decent level.

Hopefully a good few Lynn supporters have taken Part in  the survey.   I think a lot of the views given will change with the age demographics.

As this was clearly a celebration of the club gaining promotion could it be that a Senior Club person has signed off on this gathering ?  If so how can they then condemn it ?

I would have thought that if the hierarchy at the Club knew nothing of this gathering they would have issued some form of press release to distance themselves from this get together

I respect your views KES ( as always).  Just think if Boris has deemed that young people can go drinking in pubs and decide to open it all up for the first time on a Saturday.  With the media out there dubbing it Super Saturday, then in truth what did people expect.?   I would wager those scenes at The Lord Nap were happening all over the Country ( well nearly all).  I would suggest the pics we have on on here of the Linnets is a minor gathering compared to other videos/ pics that can be seen.

Iím not saying itís right, Iím saying itís what you would expect.

To me that is all about scale KES.  Risk assessment and all that.

KES, having the seen the scenes from Soho on super Saturday then what the Lynn players were doing is small potatoes.

The Chairmans Podcast should be well worth listening to this week.
