The link from Google doesn't work either.

Just checked and although it's not a direct link it does bring up an article headlined

"National league dishing out punishment to small kent club" which you then have to click on.

 Hope that helps.  :dontknow:

The Chairman must have sumink up his sleeve if he is still
Prepared to shell out full monies for the next two games.    If there was no hope surely the  plug would be pulled straight away. No point in throwing good money after bad.

Or he might be waiting to see what happens to Dover first.

After listening to the Non League podcast....According to Mark Ives, the National league manager, teams who refuse to play will have to give a JUST reason why they have refused to play. This will then go before an INDEPENDENT committee to decide what outcome will ensue.
Who will form that committee is anyone's guess, but I suppose they will have to have no links to the league or clubs involved.

To be honest....if they voted not to continue they should be withdrawn.

I doubt that those 4 clubs would have voted not to continue especially when there is prize money to be had, win or lose!   Winners £7500 - Losers £2000.
Don't think the Isthmian league, where Hornchurch play, had a chance to vote anyway.

Thanks New.   I think itís the Trophy we play in.

Thanks Mall, well spotted!
Have now edited that post, at the time I posted must have been thinking about a team I supported when I lived in Essex (East Thurrock) who were always in the vase when they were in the Essex senior league! Although since I moved to Norfolk I see that they spent a few years in National League South after rising up from the Isthmian Premier league where they've now dropped back into.

I think the bumper programme will be just a 'one off' Mall being as it's the Linnets inaugural venture into the National League.
You can, of course, order from the club's website a programme for every home game (which includes FA trophy and FA cup games) for £125 including Postage & Packing.

For those who have bought or are thinking about buying a programme for tomorrow's game v Yeovil:

I've been told that the £15 cost DOES INCLUDE the post and packaging. The programmes are being posted direct from the printers and the first batch were sent out yesterday (1st Oct).
Apparently 200+ programmes have now been ordered.
 :scarf:

How do you enter the delivery address? Trying to order one but cannot see how to enter address.

If you have already registered on the website then the club will have your address, so make sure you have registered.

Does anyone know how the sales of the programme for Saturday are going?
I noticed in the poll that asked how many would buy one that 26.6% of 738 people (about 197) said they would.
Hopefully the uptake will be at least that amount but I personally think that the numbers sold will exceed that, especially if the Yeovil supporters are keen on buying one.
Could be a nice earner for the club and yes, I have ordered mine!

Do they Mall?
I thought the reason the guy selling the 50/50 tickets stopped at 2.55 was because he had had to pay to get into the ground and intended to watch the game.

Happy to be corrected if wrong.

You're absolutely right Kenny. I saw him a few times lining up to buy a ticket when I was buying mine and was quite surprised when he told me he was buying a ticket for himself and not for someone else!
