So the new owners don't have the finances for a goal scorer...They don't attend games at the walks...There is absolutely no financial gain to owning a non league club...WHAT IS THE POINT

Why buy a club and then not invest in players or ever turn up to watch a game.
Am I missing something?

Absolute farce...I had been checking all social media since 11am as it was looking very dodgy.Game was on so arrived at the walks at 14.30 to see everyone walking away soaked.Poor old Macclesfield what a wasted trip.

Seems like the budget cutting has gone out of the window lol

A photo of Jo and Bal at the walks and an official announcement and then everyone can move forward together...oh and a clarification that Mr Cleeve has definitely left the building.

Open dialogue with the fans, attacking football, a reset of the admission price, and then hopefully stability and success in the team.

Perhaps we will never know what personal finance Cleeve actually put into the club ...or what he has taken out.
The ground is much the same as it was back in the day and we are still hovering around the same level of football.

He will probably keep his Saturday job as head of box office takings and banking and official attendance announcer.

If it was that easy to get new investment then why was the manager sacked and why has half the squad left including the captain.Its time that Cleeve was held to account once and for all.Nobody in their right mind would invest in a season ticket now.

In his head he has already sold 2000 season tickets and has an amazing F.A Cup run in the bag plus another 700k from his Singapore investment buddies who just love throwing money into his hobby and never want anything in return.

None of the last few weeks makes any sense it's all very contradictory.There is half a team at the moment no manager no money but new investors an owner who seems to have no responsibility for anything that's happening and a fan base completely in the dark.

Can the last one out shut the door

What happened to the ring fenced money that was added to the ticket price to help pay off the loan during covid.
Why is the club losing money and who is accountable.
What say does the council have in this shambles as they own the ground.

Jo has been to one game in my understanding and resides in Singapore.The money they have already invested is long gone and more is needed They have stated the club has been run badly but are happy for Cleeve to own it .The council owns the ground...I'm struggling here a tad.
