That’s hardly local which is the class of player some suggest we sign.

 God l hope not down to UCL level again.
As for a previous comment by another bring back big Jack Freddie E etc  are there any local players of that standard around local football has diminished so greatly in-the last decade?

:laughcry: Why would anyone buy KLTFC with the pickle it’s in?

:sinking:  Hopefully something will be sorted. As AL and most players he signed have been northern based to cut costs why not move the training base up north and use players who live close to Manchester surely there must be more players in that region that would fit our needs. Hopefully a suitable training base can be found up there and the squad travels down for home matches. This could cut some costs such as overnight stays for northern matches etc.

:scarf: The first thing imo with any money “given” is surely pay off the debts so a honest reevaluation of where we stand and what is honestly possible can be made and move forward from that. .? Level 3 or 4 if that is all is affordable with adjustments made to playing and associated staff.  It’s better this than losing KLTFC

Saturday was a wake up call, Chester were streets ahead tactically, fitness, skill and outplayed us in the first half. The game was over at half time. Disappointing as a KL supporter but a delight to watch at how a team can play.

Watched the highlights of a recent game can’t say he impressed me, yes he scored but didn’t look like he would cope at level 2 without a lot of help

What a mess we are in. To support the club and keep it going I will make a donation.
It’s a chance for the supporters to come together and show their support whether they dislike the chairman or not. As he has stated he is willing to walk away if someone steps in I personally cannot see any local or National interest in picking up this poisoned chalice.
If we fold it could be the end.

:scarf: Yep silly points dropped cost us as it did 2 seasons ago, then we would have won the league with one win. We lack the thrust required the wing backs got up and made crosses but with big defenders crowding out Gold and a lack of supporting players the attacks were easily defended.

:scarf: Disappointing result and attendance on Saturday. Moved round the ground on match day and not much cheering going on to boost the players. Is it woke not to cheer??. Or perhaps I am from the wrong generation

:scarf:  Who is going to form and organise a community based club. I would think that unless there are some strong well organised and moneyed persons this is a dead duck realistically.  Also won’t these persons need to buy out SC or whoever.
I and I think a good few supporters are happy paying our match fee’s hopefully seeing a reasonable team putting in a organised competitive entertaining performance.
I agree we are kept like mushrooms in the dark about the machinations of running a FC, as such maybe the new app may go some ways to appeasing some critics.
Let’s not forget we are lucky to have a town FC and if you have watched some of the lower league football on you tube we should be grateful for SC’s efforts to achieve this.
I certainly would not watch a match if we folded and started at a low level again with local”amateur “ players, guess I have been spoilt.

Glad I was away on holiday.
Is the club going to be here next season with rumours re Joe and costs. Is Sc jumping ship as he is running out of cash?
Without serious backers and crowds of 800 we cannot afford FT football.
if PT next season where are we getting these wonderful local players everyone keeps going on about.
Will AL and et al go?
If so who will come to manage the mess left?
Step forward an oracle cos I can’t see this carrying on.
