It is worrying for the Premier League players.  New contracts will be being signed for 150,000 a week, what with inflation, next season they'll hardly be worth 135,000 a week.

How many teams will be in National League North in 2022-23 season?
AFC Fylde, AFC Telford United, Alfreton Town, Banbury United, Blyth Spartans, Boston United, Brackley Town, Bradford (Park Avenue), Buxton, Chester, Chorley, Curzon Ashton, Darlington, Farsley Celtic, Gloucester City, Hereford, Kettering Town, Kidderminster Harriers, King's Lynn Town, Leamington, Peterborough Sports, Scarborough Athletic, Southport, Spennymoor Town.

Mid table 'stability' will be a satisfactory outcome.

Can anyone really be bothered to gauge apathy?

Many of us will have memories of seeing Malcolm play and scoring so many goals for Lynn. Also, catching up with him watching local football in more recent times.

Personally, I will always remember having the good fortune of playing in the same team as Malcolm in a pre-season 'friendly' game, some time after he had retired from playing professionally. I was in goal and during the pre-match kick about, Malcolm shot from 20 yards out....and I will never forget the pace at which the ball passed my shoulder before I could raise my hands.

"Ya s'posed ta catch those" was Malcolm's unforgettable advice.

Thoughts are with Malcolm's family and friends at this time

A claim to reflected  fame.. At last.      I delivered his Nana's newspapers in Birchwood Street (off Loke Road in King's Lynn).

For younger viewers, newspaper is something that fish and chips used to be wrapped in.

'Another One Bites the Dust' might be more appropriate  at the moment.

A highly praiseworthy performance by the U18s going down 0-3 to Northampton Town U18s. An entertaining game for the 250 that attended on a wet and windy evening.

B &G what has been said in the past is in the past is there anyway we could look to the future after all it is the future that really matters

.................but Malcolm, its not all in the past. Its still going on. You personally have labelled people that have different opinions than you, moaners and gripers in the past few days.

Its not a case of the future being all that matters. We all need to learn lessons from the past. Some have been prepared to do this, but others have been determined not to allow this to happen.
I've seen it on Facebook recently where some sad individuals are using clubs page to slag people off although I don't think anybody takes any notice of them these days as they are well known for stirring and probably not the full ticket.

Clubs page or the supporters page? :dontknow:

Grissles.... It appears that factions are developing among comrades even before 'Mr Jones' has been run off the farm.        !?

Is there anyone who has received a sponsored player's shirt over the years?   I am still waiting for Lee Stevenson's shirt from his first spell at Lynn.   2004, if memory serves.
