It's not about that at all.
It the logic of the situation using the facts and the rationale argument used by the club to move the age up.
It should of been U'17's previously to keep all secondary children attending up to the end of their Gcse's.

Keep the young fans together and coming to the club, Do Not split them up.

Scenario, So my child turned 18 in September and is in the second year of sixth form , Do I suddenly have the extra to give them to attend games whilst still in the same college situation. No is the answer, so they stop going, fnd alternative entertainment and are lost to the club.
Bigger Picture thinking.

A nice positive move, (one I spoke to Mr Setchell about a year or so ago) especially the age moving up but with most further education courses lasting two years, students will bypass the age of 18 in their 2nd year , some from September, with the arguments put forward surely the age should be under 19's.

Simple basic due diligence. Cheers for adding to that picture.
It's not about giving anyone a chance or otherwise, save the flag waving for a later date

Maybe so, maybe not.
The company was formed to conform with football regulations nothing to do with tax.
If it could of been run as a sole trader that would of been the old custodians method of business, as stated by himself and son at the first forum.
The company financially runs the football club.

If its a new company and the way you (Taz) say it, it would have to be, then the council, one would assume would have to run due diligence and as such this deal may be far from done ?

Have the council actually transferred the lease would be a good question?  Bit odd todays events if not.

From the Lynn News

West Norfolk Council officials have indicated Mr Cleeve would have the ability to take up the remaining period of the lease if he has bought the original company from Mr Chapman.

However, the authority would have to agree to transfer the lease if a new company has taken over the club.

A spokesman added that there is no option in the lease agreement for the club to buy the ground and fresh talks would have to take place if such a deal was to be sought.

This would imply the lease is in the name of Lynn F.C Ltd

From official filings , as of 2014, 2015 not up yet, accounts are but not composition. Paul Garner is company secretary.
Guess the press write what is told them, fact checking has long disappeared.
