Never mind Grimsby, what about Wrexham next week, expect at least 1500 from Wales. They average over 4000 away from home. You need at least a 30% increase in space. Also they will expect some tickets for seats.

Last Saturday while making my usual half time visit to the toilet in the club room, I was about 8th in line, and I was amazed how many fellow men didn't wash their hands , the water was hot and soap was provided. Its a simple thing and takes less than a minute. Covid is on the rise at the moment ,so we all need to look after each other. Otherwise we all know which way this is going.

I will be surprised if Walsall bring more than 250 to the Walks. Shame about Kettering getting knocked out last night. I called that result correctly, makes a change..

Well my prediction against Solihull turned out to be correct, and Im sorry to say i think we will come unstuck Saturday, perhaps on penalties , another shock could be Kettering going out at home to Buxton. Attendance 1,200.

No big time footy this weekend, so we may get a few from both ends of the A47, Norwich, and Posh. Sorry to say i think we will drop more points today, not enough fire power. Lets shoot on site more!

On Tuesday I sat in section C, to me that's the hospital end, I paid £21, that was with a concession, BUT, BUT, BUT, (Excuse Stammer),I bought my ticket on line before the price reduction, I didnt ask for any rebate as the club needs it more than me. For todays game in the same seat I am paying £18. Now I think that's more of a fair price.

I think Jimmy played on the Walks, in about 1956? My father took me to see Lynn play Chelsea A, He was in the Chelsea Team. I may have the dates wrong. But one thing for sure, he WAS a great player. RIP.

I am interested to know how much SC is charging for sponsorship for a game that will be live on TV?

All good ideas, good luck with it. Things like deaf ears come to mind.

I think he would gladly welcome new investment, but check on line his past history, and ask yourself, would you?

We sat in section C, there were 20/30 Southend fans in that area along with the overspill of the unused Southend squad. Spoke to some of their fans, no issues, in fact it was like the old days when we used to drink together and chat away in the old B/G club room, that's was when it would be packed out at 1.30pm. Also did anyone notice how many empty advertising boards there were?

I am trying to put a positive spin on today, but I'm having my worries. In the last 24 hours I have seen the club ask for turnstile men/woman, and Extra stewards needed. This is our biggest league game since York City, (with crowds). Its saying that 1500 Southend fans are coming, are we ready? I don't think so, as for the game itself, I'm going for 2-2, and 3500 att.

I see they have been allocated 988 tickets. Also seating included. Does anyone know what our ground capacity is fixed at? There are so many different figures. Its also important that the Stewards are clued up, at the posh game I went to sit in my normal seat at the hospital end, and told 1 was on the wrong side. After 3 other fans behind me managed to convince the Steward, its no relation to the position of the QE ,at the Tennyson End. We will be on trial for this match, its important we are on the game in more ways than one.
