General Discussion / Re: Saturdayís Trophy game now on at Alfreton

Due to a waterlogged pitch todayís FA Trophy game against
@AlfretonTownFC
 has been postponed.

I must stop buying Stream Tickets before "The Day of the Game". Every time I do Buy the Games are cancelled/postponed.  :banghead;  :laughcry:

Should still be valid when it is played.👍

625 attendance.
Thoughts on that?
An excellent draw today, unlucky not to get more.

Didn't buy into it and still got an inflated priced ticket

I don't have a problem with the price for concessions and adults.
The full price for children however, is over the top.

Well I guess the £35.00 membership fee was a good little earner....didnt buy into that and still got my ticket... :countingmoney: :countingmoney:

Did anyone buy into it?
I doubt it.
Quite a few fans are not ready to return yet.
Understandable.

We are aware that some supporters are unhappy with our ticketing price structures , especially in relation to childrenís pricings.  We did offer childrenís season tickets, priced at £50 back in July , which were a tremendous bargain and also gave free streaming for the games that have been played behind closed doors. We have had to make, and will continue to make , some difficult decisions. As stated earlier our streaming service will continue until further notice and once we have a capacity reaching 2000 we will revert back to our original pricing structure.

We look forward to seeing as many

Can anyone tell me why Adam Marriot didnít play he would have put away two chances Mitchell missed
Easy to say, Mr. H., but it's not going well for any of them at the moment.
Too many goals conceded that shouldn't be, and too many chances not taken the other end.
I know that seems obvious, but Cully has to get it sorted, both ends.
I have every confidence in him, and am sure we'll come good soon.

Six points above the relegation zone, but played a couple of more games than others below us.
Would take that position, end of season.
I'm sure we'll improve when fans are allowed back in.

Must admit to not feeling it.
I've watched most games, and get into them when they're on, but it's nothing like being there.
Not just watching the game, but spending time with family, meeting with friends, and the noise of the crowd.
You can't compensate for these things.
Still looking forward to the game tomorrow, and hopefully get a win.
You never know!

If captivity is greatly reduced and the 84k gov money is no longer forthcoming the club will need to charge a Premium price for admission.

What would people to be prepared to pay to be one of the elite being able to watch the Linnets live, for example would it be worth £30 ?

£30????   :laughcry:

Not unless thatís what Cleeve meant in todayís  edp article when he said the fans are an integral part of the Club!

Not me.😥
