General Discussion / Re: FA Cup 2nd Round draw
« on: November 10, 2020, 12:12:57 PM »
If the match is chosen for live TV coverage, does anyone know whether Lynn will receive a share of the tv money? If so, what sort of figure is that likely to be? Itís a great draw for the players to experience historic Fratton Park and any extra cash for the club will be an extra bonus.

Apparently, all stream income is to be split evenly between the clubs involved.

Was a very good win, and the best defensive performance I think I have seen under Culverhouse.
Defenders weren't marauding forward much, and did an excellent job.
One of the all round best wins I've seen.

And what a win!
Nothing like a late winner to scare the grandchild!

Will be missed, Alex has improved as a 'keeper over the years, and has many good years ahead of him.
Good luck wherever you end up Pedro.
Should still be our number one, IMO.

Was that a cryptic comment from Mark Hearle ?  I just assumed he had quit or got rid of.

What was said?

£12 for streaming, £7 for a programme ( reduced from £15).  What on Earth makes you think the Club gives a flying flock ( of birds) for its supporters, B&G?

Take, Take Take.   Is it any wonder that fans will be in the Nap, Live & Let Live watching for free and supping cheap beer.   Sometimes you reap what you sow.

Couldn't agree more.
I know times are difficult, but for individuals, not just football clubs.
Many people are struggling financially.
And the stream price is about the highest in the league, some actually offer free streams.
Would have been nice to offer free stream for the friendlies, while they got to grips with the technology.
But alas, nothing is free at King's Lynn football club.

Season tickets normally only cover league games.

Wrong way round B &G
Affect is a verb, effect is a noun.
The person has been affected by an event...verb/doing word
The effect of his action was ........noun

Blimey, are you reading this Jesus, it's like being back in a Whitmarsh Knight lesson

Yes, and you've got to love the English language!

IMO, people want to see a good, well managed stream, before committing.
Saturday, I know it wasn't down to Lynn, was awful for many fans, with lots of buffering, and some having paid, getting nothing.

People aren't complaining.
Or moaning, as many like to call any comments that are not their own.
It was just commented on because BT showed it quite a few times.
