Let’s hope for a decent performance and the biggest gate of the season. The big adventure is almost over now. Next season it’s back too the hard graft of the National League North. Local Derbys with Boston and Kettering and trips up to Blyth and Darlo to name just two.
I wonder what plans are in place for next season and will we see a massive clear out ?

Ok it’s all over now for the Club ( in truth has been for weeks). So despite going back down to step 2, let’s hope Tommy can get some pride back into the team and we at least put up a fight on Tuesday night.
Will he throw some of those who have not been in the squad back in or go with the same players who didn’t perform on Saturday? Be interesting to see if his Boy starts.

After Saturday’s moral boasting win can we hope to get something from Tuesday or just look upon it as a free hit with the home games this month as the bankers ?
Changes or go again with the same 11!

Have we still to appoint a local guy to take over from Mark Hearle ? Also how is the guy who had Man City connections doing in terms of the blue sky thinking and looking at the bigger picture by bringing in corporate Sponsorship deals etc ?
All gone very quiet on both fronts

With Ian having parted company with the club who would you like to see taking the helm?
I’m going to throw the name Darren Eadie into the mix. Currently in charge at Leiston.

With the Clubs tannoy system broken and being replaced. Maybe time for a reset on the Music we run out to. Especially with the way things seem to be on and off the field. Come on you budding Peter Kay’s. Let’s see what you can come up with

Is it really too early to be talking about 6 pointers at this stage of the season ? This is surely a game where we have to look at coming away with something
A defeat could see a minimum of a 5 point gap develop between ourselves and the Team directly above us. A win would be a massive morale boast for not only the squad but the fans as well. Just in time for the Walsall Cup tie.
Clean sheet time. 2-0 away win

Have to say one of the better ones he has done. Good guest in the Vice Chair from Chesterfield.
SC made some interesting points and some up to date info coming out.

What’s our thoughts on this one ? To come back with anything from this one will be a bonus.
Gazza Johnson had a ropey old start to the season but his team have picked up of late.
Sadly got to go with a 3-1 home win. Will we have enough fit bodies to fill a bench ?

So how is this one going to play out ? Solihull don’t appear to have done much on the road thus far.
I’m going for a Lynn 3-1 victory in front of 1250 fans.

I know it’s a week away but the more I think about it the more I feel it’s the first must win game to set us up for the season.
With only goal difference keeping us out of the relegation zone teams like Wealdstone are ones we have to target three points from. Especially at home.
Looking at the much bigger picture if we were to suffer relegation ( I don’t think we will) that 500k loan taken out by SC is going to look one hell of a legacy to ‘bestow’ on the Club.
Let’s hope the new PR team really kick into action and get a real decent gate to cheer the lads on for Saturday
