Maybe Stephen Cleeve could tempt Walt Disney into sponsoring the Club. Seems a good fit.

Likewise Paul, I know little how these things work, but if we have been paid does that now make us a debtor of MYT Sports ?

Does seem rather strange for the club to announce the new home shirt ( including sponsor) to be closely followed by the said Sponsor name to have an application for the Company to be struck off.  Company under a year old. Begs the question did they actually trade ?  Makes you wonder  :mystic:

I wonder if Stephen Cleeve will have a few options on the infamous table?  Have many replica shirts been sold ?

Iím sure Mark Hearle will clear everything up.

Maybe an opportunity for the Club to approach Gordon Chilvers and see if a deal could be done on the first team shirts?

Peterborough ( including FBT) played at Stamford the other night.  Gate of around 1500, admission a fiver.  No harm in giving something back.

KES, it has to be the way forward with the youth.  No point in having a Reserve (step6 is as high as they can go) full of players who at maybe 20 are not ever going to be of the standard required for first team football ( at Step 2 or even 1).  There has to be a conveyor belt, and no point in having Ďblockagesí in the system that stops young lads getting game at Step 6 level.  I guess the idea will be to loan players out to bridge the gap in standards between Step 6 and step 1 or 2?

Maybe someone from the club get let the fans know what is the plan for the future.

Thatís Correct Gordon, he has been Managing there for maybe 3 seasons.  Think they had a Carrow Road Senior Cup appearance last season.

They have lost their main striker from last season (Volta Rocha), some May recall he had a short spell with us last season.

Those lads are still representing the Club, wherever it is they play.   As 4 of them are training with the First team then to me that says they are very much part of the long term thinking.

Are you are referring to the 4 rather than the Reserves as a whole ?

KES, Iím saying that despite the Reserves being sent over to Wisbech the structure of the club is very forming in place and IC sees them as a part of the future as a natural
Path to the first team squad.

First friendly, with the Reserves away at Thetford.

Is there any news on players with the Reserves ?  New signings, players that have departed etc.  Or is it very much as you were from last season ?

With IC looking to add a defender and a midfielder to his squad, why is Toby Hilliard training with the squad?

Tony, as I recall I think Toby went to Wisbech under Backie n Neilís watch.  Similar time to Adam Marriot and Chris Henderson arriving.

Thatís good news Mark.  Though I understand they have fallen behind the clock in terms of the pitch.

I am sure your knowledge is far greater than mine Mark but I thought they had asked for their first 4 home games to be changed to away games.

Could see him as a back-up to Gash. We donít really have anyone who can play that role.

Ok Toby is not natural goalscorer, but what he gives is a willing work horse who will give it his all.
