Players on a supply and demand basis should be less demanding. The budget I guess would need to be set based on income which in turn must be difficult to judge after everything that has happened in the 14 months. Will fans still return in even greater numbers than before? Have people got use to doing other things of a Saturday afternoon?
Hopefully SC is erring on the side of caution.

Frontman I’m not buying into that rumour. Hardly a drop in the ocean at this level.

SC must have done his sums and knows what he he needs through the gate to give IC a workable budget to keep Lynn at this level. He of course has to factor in servicing a loan which got the Club to the end of this season and into next. 1800 ( as Mac suggests) x 23 games at £1 will give over 40k toward the Loan taken out by the owner.
If SC has got his sums right then next season should be something to look forward to. If he has got them wrong....hmmmm.

Culverhouse deserves all the praise going for accepting the poisoned chalice he was given. The guy has bit his tongue and just got on with things as best he can.
As for communication. SC use to produce a regular podcast. Seems like that idea is now dead on the water. I remember when it was a weekly update. Think it must be between 5-6 weeks since the last one.
However with all the backroom staff the clubs has ( or had) you would think the likes of Markus Hearlus would be keen to keep the fans updated.
Hopefully get the next couple of weeks out of the way, then the slate is wiped clean. Let’s think positive and see a club that embraces its fanbase and shares as much info with them as possible.
You only have to look at Old Trafford and the Glaciers to see when it goes wrong, it goes horribly wrong.

Surely it’s down to IC how he spends the budget. SC is there just to provide it.

In the same article the Chairman said he has one or two things up his sleeve. Maybe the table got sold along with the Landrover ?

Not sure if it will be 3 or the normal 4 Clubs relegated next season KES. Don’t you think Dover are worth a consideration in those who are relegated in 12 months time?
SC was saying in the EDP it’s not been decided if Lynn will be full time next season. With the right budget I’m sure IC won’t be thinking of a relegation dog fight next season.

At those prices fans must feel well appreciated.

All you can say is it’s another game ticked off. Reset button pushed in the summer, slate wiped clean and proper stuff starts again in August.

For a Chairman to be telling fans Not to buy a season when the cost for an Adult is £220 for 23(?) games is remarkable

It’s interesting that our Chairman has said that next seasons costs will rise. Yet Boreham Wood Chairman Danny Hunter is saying the current wage bill to be reduced. He is being up front with the fans and telling them NOT to buy a season ticket if they are expecting a play off challenge. Hunter goes on to say the Club will be on ‘life support’ for the foreseeable future.
Two sides of the same coin

Maybe a position could be found for King with the academy? That way we can wait to see if it’s possible for him to play again. Be a shame to lose a talent like that, plus the youngster could learn so much from a player of his ability. Win win. Not sure what grade ( if any ) Cameron is but hopefully a place can be found for him.

We are in a totally different situation where commercial enterprise is concerned. Mark Hearle has a big job on his hands. I read today despite losing one sponsor the Chairman has pulled in an extra 20% increase from shirt sponsors. Mark has to deliver for next season. Hopefully he is up to the task

The club debt be it 750k or 1 mill the lesser figure predominately owed to one person. That person has stated on more than one occasion that it’s just an accountant process and will not have to be repaid. The loan that has been taken out is to be repaid by the fans paying a form of levy on admission.

North the deficit has only increased because more money has been pumped in ( by the Chairman I assume), circa 150k. He is on record has stating this money will never need to be repaid. So with the doubling of the fixed assets then things look better than previous.
