The side overshadowed by the main stand must be a concern

If we were in the same position as last season Adam Lakeland wouldn't be here that's for sure.  Last season's disaster was down to a poor appointment by SC and poor recruitment from the man he appointed

I can categorically confirm I was nowhere near that bloody fishing trip.  That was Jason and Uncle Bryn.

Just listened to AL's Warrington post match., No mention of Margetts.  Was a Club Media guy asking the questions.

3 points on the road are always welcome, no matter how expected.   Next week Oxford City come a calling.  Let's hope we make this one stick to give us another 3 points.  All our games in Jan are winnable.  Could be one helluva month .

As I understand it Margetts is missing with a bad knee injury and is not expected back until March.  I'm sure AL will deal with the question in his post match today.    Surprised the Clubs media Dept haven't dealt with this question.  Then again maybe I'm not

Maybe the negotiations are at a very delicate stage. If Jo and Bal don't take it on where will that leave the Club ?  I mean SC stated this time last year he couldn't fund it going forward.

I do wonder if Jo and Co do take it on will there be any place for SC in a new set up ?

Comparing last years team to this season just shows how poor the appointment of Hughes was which in turn led to recruitment which was below this level and some.

As for promotion promise.... When you have the best Manager in this league with a decent budget then we should be up there competing.  Which is where we are.  We have a fantastic opportunity in January to amount a real push to cement a top 4 position.  Once in the  offs then anything could happen.

Now is the time for AL to deliver and really earn his corn. Saturday at Warrington is a great starting point. They were beaten 2-0 on NYD by Marine.

Interesting article from Gav Caney.  Good to see a Newspaper putting it out there.  Give that man a Cigar.

Not much coming out from SC these days.  Is that because he has been censored by the Jo and Bal or has he simply lost interest ?  Either way at least we don't get subjected to the latest brainwave

We drew the 2nd half 0-0

We have gone from having a water tight defence to now shipping 5 goals in two games.

Maybe as a team we have been punching.   The games we have in January will say a lot of what we are all about.

What's the news on Margetts as in a minor injury or going to be missing for a while?  When can we expect Jones back.

For me it seems AL builds a team that is hard to breakdown.  After all if you don't concede you don't lose.  Taylor playing in a midfield role is a prime example.   Ok Saturday they shipped two against a team who I believe will get relegated this season.  For me the issues lay at the top end of the field.  Margetts will score goals IF he gets the service.  Gold can't get serious game time.  Is Lakeland now seeing what everyone told him when he signed him.  The guy is a big unit but could trap a bag of cement.  His hold up play is nowhere near this level.    Then we come to the other striker on the books, Williams.  One question.  Why on earth was he signed.?

AL seems happy to grind results.  On the road that's great.  Any point on your travels is a precious one.  However at home the fans want excitement  not the four, turgid stuff  t like what was served up on Boxing Day

How can a team destroy a side like top of the League Kidderminster 4-0, yet play out a poor 'Desmond' against a side of the standard of Needham Market ?  Is it a motivational problem or have we a few too many Billy Big Bollicks in our squad who think teams are just going to lay down and hand us the points ?

Lakeland said in his post match we didn't get out of 2nd gear.  Maybe he should be more concerned with that than offering criticism to people who spend their hard earned for him to enjoy the benefits that he is given  at this Club.

I truly believe at step 2 us fans were spoilt under Culverhouse.  His part time teams in terms of entertainment were streets ahead of AL's full time  line-ups

Is this James White who has jacked it in as Prog Editor ?  We don't half get a high turnover of back room staff at the Club.

Let's not forget we have a 3rd striker, Williams.   Can't even get a place on the bench. Why was he signed ?

Just had a listen to AL's post match interview. Sounds like Cody Johnson is on his way out.  Plus the Manager wasnt very complimentary toward the people who pay his wages.  Reckons it's his job to call out the fans when they aren't doing their job.  Think after today his criticism should be aimed a little more closer to home after that performance
