If it’s a winning side then people will pay the money every game. Mid table will be more a pick the top games. Bottom 6 struggles, don’t bare thinking about.
You can never make it cheap enough for a lot of fans, but if it’s a top game or a promotion push then they find the money. Hasn’t it always been so ?
For those of us who have to travel it’s not all about the admission price there are other issues to factor in ( petrol at 1.70 a litre is one). I can walk to Skinners Lane and pay just over £7 for step 4 Football. So Lynn for next season will be as and when.

What are other clubs seeing in this player that our Manager isn’t ?
Chesterfield play their semi-final tomorrow. 2 steps from getting back into the EFL

You are right Tony it was a squad bursting with confidence after winning the Super play-off. However I would suggest it wasn’t a squad with NLN Champions written all over it. Was also part time and a very small squad. I think also the season was curtailed at just the right time for Lynn., as we had hit a real sticky patch.
The squad next season will be packed full of experienced players at National League. The signings of Coulson and Jones don’t smack of building for the future. More delivering today.

I would suggest promotion is based on SC’s expectation level. Having done it once he knows what is needed in terms of financial support. Plus it seems he has great belief in Tommy’s ability to take the Club back up.
Be interesting to see how things play out, on all fronts.
I wonder if Tommy would be interested in Jay Rollins who has been released from Boston. Always been impressed. Little bit of a chequered history.

Local Derby at the new Boston ground next season.
Interesting in the National League South Dorking Wanderers won the play offs to the National League. Not bad for a club who formed In 1999. They started life in The Crawley and District League.

It seems SC has really got the bit between his teeth in terms of getting things moving off the field.
Latest recruitment is for a Business Development Executive. Very low salary but I’m sure a decent % bonus scheme will be on offer.
Is this all a big push to see what can be achieved or a real final roll of the dice ?

Word is Clunan has been offered a lot more by another club. So Lynn might have to revisit their offer to keep him.

Seems the price of failure ( relegation) is to have the option to extend taken and new deals on the table. That covers 11 players.
Players under contract, option taken plus new deals offered. That’s some 19 players. How much wriggle room will that give for new signings ? Looks like BP will need to hit the ground running to fund all of this.

Think this appointment says some hard lessons have been learnt there. Surely someone with the experience of Barrie will be given license to reconstruct all aspects off the field without interference from the owner.

No not taking the ride. If planning permission comes through PDQ then nothing stopping the Ckub getting a couple of gigs on there next month or is the idea for next season.
Didn’t realise MH had gone to work at the Council. Hopefully a job more suited to his skill set.

With regard to the pitch 47 maybe they are waiting until the 4 outdoor concerts have finished before setting sail into the pitch? No point in reseeding etc before that is there. Mind May is your best growing month.
As for BP I can’t see where Mark Hearle is in the same League as this guy. Not really sure that the job was Mark’s forte.
Be interesting to see if Barry can keep the anonymous stand Sponsor for next season. Now that would be a challenge.

What a positive step. Having the new CEO and The Owner at a fans meeting. All credit to BP he’s not letting that grass grow.
Will there be a loose agenda for the evening ? Wonder if there is any chance it could be streamed ?

Josh Coulson released by Southend. No surprise there. Could Lynn afford him ?
