No easy games in this League.  Remember a couple of months back what happened when Sports came visiting.  However be a disappointment not to take 3 points from todays game.

Think the fans were very supportive of your time at the helm, along with Fryatt.  Clark was a poor appointment so you had a mess to clear up when you took over.

You signing  Hendo  and Marriott certainly gave  Cully a helping hand on his return

As Jim Bowen said 'Look what you woulda won'.   IF we had got passed Curzon then a home game with Big spending Mansfield was our prize.    Mansfield sit 4rd in a league one.    Have to wonder if the Camera's would have been there as well for a live game.

That's how the cookie crumbles.  So close, but no cigar.

What are the prices like for the Speedway at Lynn compared to other tracks ?   Buster certainly wasn't shy with his pricing structure when he held the reins at The Walks.

Who has the responsibility for annoying little things like that ?  The new Commercial Director will get things organised to get things more professional around the Club.   The whole match day experience needs a massive up tick.

Just had a listen to AL post match.  Obviously disappointed to lose it so late and with missing the big chance in the first half.   Suggested we had gone toe to toe with maybe the best team in the League.  On that front anyone know how they are funded at Curzon?  Hayes, commercial, benefactor?  Are they full time ?

Also sounds like we have a few more injury worries with Jones and Sass playing with injuries.  If we lose Jones ( who was playing with a knee injury) will we be looking to bring a keeper in or go with the lad Boyes ?

Let's not be too down after today. We still sit 7th in the League ( play off position) with lowly Buxton calling next Saturday

We seem to be quite tight at the back these days but since Margetts got injured we have struggled at the other end of the pitch.  Last Saturday v Darlo we scored  a couple but in truth they were gifts really.

Why was Crane missing today ?

Has the coach for Saturday been filled now.  Think it had a poor initial response despite it being subsided.

As for the game.  Will be interesting to see what line up and formation AL goes with.  Seems there will be a good few players missing.  Hopefully we can pull a surprise off and be in with a chance of pulling a biggie on Monday.

Malc don't sell yourself short.  You have plenty to offer the organisation.  With age comes experience and knowledge of how these things need to run.  I would suggest you have plenty to bring to the party.  Plus also you can oversee the transfer of funds from the old to the new.  Least that will give the organisation a hefty kick start.

Chairman's Club Chairman's choice. I seem to recall SC tried a cheap admission deal but it turned out the extra people who attended didn't make up for the drop in admission cost. So the revenue for the game was less.

Think the interesting time will come on the lead up to Christmas then the gates in January.  That's a good litmus test of people's spare cash.

I wonder if the new Commercial  Director can pull in enough extra revenue to allow SC to charge a 'reasonable' admission fee or will he see that as it will be less him and Joe have to put in.  Then again if SC isn't their to fund the Club what is he actually bringing to the party ?   Let's hope this Commercial person does what all those who came before him failed to do.

It's the chairman's choice on what MO he runs his club on.  Seems though he expects the fans and now Joe to continue to fund his hobby.

On a  Personal level we had decided to go to every home game we could.  We have since had a re-think and will at most now do every other home game.

Inexpensive admission as well.   Saturday was myself, son and grandson cost for admission £52.  If the 3 of us go to Curzon Saturday the admission will be £33.  That's a staggering 58% more expensive to watch Lynn at home than away.

How does Cleeve truly justify that ?
