Great point that and all credit to IC. Once again going with a depleted squad and not arriving for the game until 2.30.  Maybe overnight stops are a thing of the past ?

Hopefully Cully will have a few players back from injury in the next couple of weeks and even a new face, or two. Subject to available budget.   

Having had sight of various correspondence between our CEO and MG, it really is not showing Bal or the club  in a good light.

How is this rebuilding the Club when we are at Step 2 and the ambition is to stay at step 2?

Still waiting the Clubs take on the return of Gysai from his loan spell at Kiddie.  Looks like it was cut short by injury (?).  More rumours coming out on this that the Club have put him on SSP.  I wonder if Adam Marriot is being treated the same?

Leaves Corby Town after budget cuts

I hear Michael Gyasi as returned to the Club from his loan spell at Kiddie.  Can anyone confirm ?

I don't think fans are interested in seeing loads of signings being made Vera, just quality or quantity is the order of the day.

It's really not a good look to once again having a bench that can do nothing for the Manager in being able to change things because of players having to sit in the bench when not fit to play any part in the game.

Looking at the Managers comment he appears to be reaching out to Bal and asking for help.  5 players being out on loan must be generating some spare cash.  Plus now the Trust are on onboard with cash on the hip there surely is no reason for some of that investment not to be used to support the Manager, when he needs it.

Please ask Bal and see what he says.

Tony I would suggest the likes of Williams. Van Lier, Toll have got to be an improvement on a bench that can't be filled and running with either a youngster  or unfit players.  Cully also suggested a couple of weeks back he needed to bring in a right sided player for the injured Reece-Johnson.

Maybe Bal needs to hand over some of the Trust money that must be with him by now to Cully.   Unless of course that's been earmarked for other areas

Struggling for options from the bench, yet again.

Lambert being managed on his return from injury. Collins been ill last few days then Gold tweak a hamstring in the warm up.  Not really much Cully could have done to fresh it up.

For a team at this standard to have three relatively unfit players on the bench is not a great look.  Yet we still have a good few players out on loan.

Come on Bal get it sorted. 

Maybe, just maybe a few Mac players will have one eye on their trip to Selhurst Park, early January.

The Lynn side under Cully do seem to be a little inconsistent. Maybe something that comes with such a young group.   Let's hope tonight is one of the 'up' nights.

Good points there Tony. You are spot on with the comment about stuff being leaked out. The  Gyasi situation being a case in point. 

Rosey that's not a possibility for so many reasons. Not being a member now is just one.  However reading your posts and the insight you seem to have in the Club, The Trust and Football in general you would be a decent acquisition to the board. 

Thanks Vera, see wasnt to difficult, was it?    So is Gyasi likely to be returning to us this season or are the personal reasons likely to get sorted at Kiddie and can't be sorted at Lynn ?

I appreciate the reasons must remain confidential to protect the player. However as you seem to know the issue can we assume so to the owners of the Club.  Jo/Bal and The Trust.

That of course creates its own issues in so much as the Trust consists of 130 people.  Or on this occasion would the Trust board be asked to keep this from the membership?

One of the things I don't get  is the striker situation. Ok we can't push the young ones to hard so need experience mixed in with them.  Gyasi ticks that box and scores goals yet we have farmed in off to Kiddie.  This one has never been explained away by the Club or even been asked about in any interview.

Think the Club needs to let the fans in on this big mystery.

One other little point from the Forum the other night.  Cully said basically we can't afford to turn part time players into full time as the cost is very prohibitive.  If you take a player like Clunan then are his days numbered at the Club as it must have been very expensive to lure him away from his profession.

Cully was quite scathing  of his team in his post match interview.   Described it as men against boys.  That was a worry as at the fans forum he said the way forward was to get youngsters in who could be improved.

Looked a very limited bench once again.  Maybe Vera could tell us if Bal will give him a few quid to improve things ?
