General Discussion / Jamar Loza
« on: July 02, 2020, 04:46:06 PM »
:scarf: Jamar Loza has been signed by KLTFC, the old Norwich connection reemerging, welcome on board. Does this mean Adam Marriott has gone? Not the most prolific striker but been around our new level for a few seasons now.

:farmer: As of 21.20 Boston are losing 0-2 at home to Gateshead. Very important result for the Linnets to follow this evening, all teams will drop points, just hope others drop more than KLTFC. :farmer:

General Discussion / Good day ! / Great 12 months
« on: December 21, 2019, 05:04:21 PM »
:oldman" Today's results mean it is a good day all round for KLTFC, York city losing and Chester city drawing means no drop in league position for KLTFC,we head into the Christmas fixtures topping NATIONAL LEAGUE NORTH, who would have thought this possible at the start of the season. Another good day and more time to hopefully get some of the injured squad ready to play again over the busy period of games to come. Well done to all concerned and MERRY CHRISTMAS to all involved with KLTFC and our great supporters.  :farmer:

General Discussion / Our Chairman
« on: October 13, 2019, 08:37:01 AM »
:farmer:  :oldman"  I have to say what has happened to all the people on this forum who in the not to distant past were slaughtering our chairman with words of discontent and often bordering on hatred. This man has saved our club from mediocrity and driven us on to heights, that 14 months ago would have just been pipe dreams. He has made mistakes (Mr Culverhouse, Mr Clarke, the supporters trust, to name just a few) but has realised the errors he made and has done his best to rectify them. We now have good facilities, yes there is more to be done, but small steps at a time, we have a great looking team, yes we need more players added to make a great squad, hopefully bigger attendances will help in this regard. We really are punching above our weight at this moment in time, yes we are a big club, but there are definitely a lot bigger clubs playing at our level, the credit for this must go to Mr Culverhouse and Mr Bastock, we now have a playing surface to be proud of and can play the entertaining football the management wanted to play. Ultimately we must put the credit for this down to Mr Cleeve, well done and hopefully you and your team can deliver at least a play off spot again this season.   :farmer:  :oldman"

General Discussion / STATEMENT
« on: September 02, 2019, 12:49:05 PM »
:oldman" Alfreton at home on Tuesday night is the perfect time to announce to this league that we are not just in it for the ride and are extremely serious about pushing for promotion.  Yes I realise it is early doors in terms of the season so far, but 2 nd in the league beating 3rd in the league does indeed send out that STATEMENT.  If York were to be beaten or held things would deffo look good on Wednesday morning. COYL, KEEP THE FAITH AND TURN OUT IN NUMBERS TO SUPPORT THIS SQUAD, the best we have seen at Lynn for many a year. :farmer:

General Discussion / Next season's squad ?
« on: May 19, 2019, 08:47:28 AM »
:bus: I know the season has only just finished and we are also not 100% sure what league we are going to be playing in next season, but I am sure Mr Cleeve and Mr Culverhouse have started planning the playing squad for next season. I just thought I would throw it out there as too who people thought we should retain and who we should possibly release. To me Marriott, Gash, and FBT ( if possible) are the 3 most important players to retain, I also hope Henderson stays, Ryan Fryatt is a very important cog, McCauley, I would also retain, Alex Street, on his day as good as any, but does have bad days, retain him but another good keeper could probably push him. Just a few of my thoughts over to you. :cup2: :farmer:
