Sad to see him go although there were rumours of his likely departure well before the end of the season.

Looking at the form since the arrival of John Sands, fourteen points from a possible thirty,  would put us mid-table so let's hope for some new blood that is better than those that have departed.

Do we want to play development teams?

Surprised we only get two in the squad having had such a successful season. Still, most of them will still be available for selection next season.

Maybe Matt Blake, 40 goals from  45 appearances.
Didn't he turn us down when he was with Thetford?

Or just the annual David Bell award?
What happened to the Maurice Ebbs Award - did Quigs never give it back?

Worth a try IF he can keep free from injury. Only found the net four times last season.

Nothing happening yet. If someone doesn't get a wiggle on it will be too late. Wasn't it a while back when they installed the drainage and we had to play our opening league fixtures and all friendlies away?

You supported Dollimore?

Sometimes the ends justifies the means.

Well put it this way, there were protests, the management committee refused to work with him and some of the volunteers stopped volunteering.

It just needs more openness. If he has invested then is this a loan or donation? Has the money come from funds that were raised through the bar and lettings?
The fans got rid of John Dollimore  . . .

Agreed, as far as players within living memory goes.
But there a number of players who are just "names" who deserve to be recorded but who people would never vote for as they have never seen them play.
The club should do something to commemorate the likes of Joe Dines and players who contributed to the history of King's Lynn FC before 1945.

I think it is a difficult one and I wonder what the council will make of it.  It needs a special meeting of the council passed by no less than two-thirds of the members at the meeting.
Last recipient was last year, Dr Paul Richards,  and prior to that the last individual was St John Barbirolli in 1969.
