but all credit to Backie and Neil Fryatt for bringing in Chris Henderson and Adam Marriott. Had they not had a spell in charge I wonder who IC would have signed.

It said in the press that he was given a one year contract in April 2017 with the option of a further year's extension. Surely someone must have known whether the option was taken up.
I assume we are still paying him or has he been released again?

Isn't it a matter of reaching the ground grading standard by March 2020 - by which time they might have their new complex at Scott Road  ready - or they could ground share with a club that does meet the standard?

To get to the eight you have to count Gaughran, Beevers and Da Rocha - maybe not "players" but on the wage bill.

Really?
Surely in any mention of an agreement the word "was" not "is" should be applied and all it says is that Cleeve is aware of the project.
In fact in Cleeve's programme notes it states the Trust said it was going ahead with the project regardless of Cleeve's blessing.

So the Trust is linking the GDF fund to Cleeve's tenure, perhaps hoping that if Cleeve goes and the club not promoted that the GDF money can be used, assuming the contributors agree, to buy the club or at least shares in the new ownership?
As long as Cleeve is still there and we are not promoted the money will sit there indefinitely and in a perverse way it is in the Trust's interest that Lynn are not promoted.

I can see both sides here.
I think the Trust should say something on the lines of "If promotion is not achieved in x numbers of years then the funds, after consultation with those who contributed, could be donated to equipment that will benefit the ground".
You have to remember that the fund was set up during the summer when optimism of promotion this season was probably higher than when the boiler problem arose.

What is Mr Cleeve's issue if some of the donations to the GDF are anonymous?
A friend of mine did a sponsored walk recently raising money for war veterans with PTSD via one of the major websites (fortunately not justgiving - or as they are better-described justtaking).
He had a number of anonymous donations but the charity was very grateful for the money he raised, no questions about its origins.
Perhaps Mr Cleeve was more interested in the source of the donations so he could tap them up for some money himself.

Not sure when the month is up, is it a calendar month or 28 days?

I don't understand Cleeve's reference to Kidderminster Harriers Independent Supporters Trust who have two members on the board and are one of the larger shareholders in the club. Not certain what his point is - no doubt the Trust would like to be in that position. KLTFC have one share, one shareholder and no board.

Has there been any announcement about whether he is on a contract this time?

Not easily. I think John Scase (?). Not so much for the chairmanship but I prefer a club that is run by a consortium rather than a single person.

Probably the most loathed owner ever to be at the walks but we like his money.
John Dollimore lacked the finances so he was got rid of.
