Seems an HMP team somewhere will have a decent centre half in their team soon Pity to waste a promising career Rory

General Discussion / Re: King's Lynn v Woking« on: March 09, 2022, 09:31:33 AM »30 years .... only 13 games left. It’s a 23 Team League ( 44 games) this season, hence why there are only 3 teams to be relegated. Indeed because 4 will come up , taking us back to 24 teams as normal 14
General Discussion / Re: CLUNAN GONE.« on: March 02, 2022, 03:25:02 PM »
Its likely not surprising if this is true
I do not know Michael Clunan but as Mallard referred to he is in the world of accountancy I believe he is at manager level with a large firm in King St If you put yourselves in his shoes , he is likely to have a pay cut at some point from the club when we go down We may not be full time I realise but he would be far better off pursuing a long career in his chosen job which will be much more lucrative than football. How he has managed to combine the two in this last year is incredible and showing good form too Well done Apologies Mr Clunan if that is wide of the mark but I didn't attribute it to you but asked what we would do in those circumstances Thank you |
