Any container when filled with liquid and capped can carry the same effect as throwing a house brick, any container without a lid and opened loses all its weight in travelling. :dontknow:

An empty vessel  makes more noise though

Hard to see any deal, with anyone, with liabilities like that involved. Fire fighting for survival  more like.

Good post Blueboy. How would you start to broker talks when potential club  liabilities, are circa £1m plus.

Just been to Banbury v FC United  Both supporters owned clubs. £10 admission.  Local Brewery supplied  beer trailer.  Entertainment after game. Over to you Grissles.

Agreed, has to be a two way street.

The meals provided should be a good standard........but for those who can't afford that there should be a quality burger stall and a good quality jacket potato stall in the ground, with a selection of soft drinks, teas and coffees, all at reasonable prices.

There should be greater emphasis on club merchandise too....have some offers on scarves, hats etc
Give a free club mug to the first 50 through the gate and I am sick of going on about masks bearing the club logo.

It just seems like there isn't anybody at the club, thinking of positive initiatives, to get fans really isn't rocket science...........with the lack of a commercial side worthy of the name, it puts greater emphasis on getting good attendances.......   I think there needs to be a wake up call....I believe this coming season is make or break for the club, I really do.

Apparently it's £1k per game to have your burger wagon in the ground. That would price most people out.

Top of the league!

What an absolute disgraceful way of getting to the top of non league. By pricing loyal fans from way before this regimes time, out of seeing their home team unless they go away to do so and line another clubs pockets.
It won't stop there, it will be bar prices, catering prices, club shop prices and everything else here at Stamford Bridge, sorry The Walks.

Maybe he's got a fine to pay off?  :countingmoney:

I’ve heard the figure of 1,600 for the Norwich game, Loughbro’. I do hope our team can compete well this season, because I genuinely think we could be amongst the very best attended teams.  Big crowds are easily imaginable, as long as we’re competitive.  Then we would really take off, because money talks alright !

Surely the club would look to make inroads into the large debts it has now, before putting it all into getting to the Football League?  :countingmoney:

With the numbers rising it’s making me wonder are these the people who wouldn’t have the jabs
Socially distancing correctly would help greatly.

Wasn't it said last season that regular testing of the Squad was too expensive?  :dontknow:

Make them go to their local chemists and get their own. Save a fortune . :countingmoney:

Price should stay the same regardless.  Would not expect anywhere near enough season tickets to be sold for there to be any problems in the future.

I thought the loan/ grant money clubs have already received,  was for the clubs survival this season, as well as last season.  :dontknow:

:scarf: It was great back in the north Terrace singing for Lynn, great for Burrows to get the goal, it was clear the team played for the crowd. me and my  sons really enjoyed the game.

However the evening was spoiled by the marshalling by stewards at half time, who put tape all over the place with no explanation, it seemed they seemed on intent of inciting us to cause trouble and then at the end they strung out on the pitch in a line facing us on the terrace, what on earth is that all about, I've been standing on the terrace with my sons for about 20 years and never seen any trouble, even when we had 4000 v York, the north terrace are where the die hard Lynn supporters are, who make the biggest sound and have great banter, and where there is n ever growing away support from and then they switch on all the lights on 5 mins before the game ends !! Do they want us to come back ? Put a daft old bloke in High vis jacket and they become idiots.

It must seem ironic to Mr Cleeve that it is his die hard supporters, who have earned him a cut in ground capacity.  Are die hard supporters exempt from social distancing rules?
