Yes I would like to see  a Businessmen in conjunction with fan's group run the Club Loopy. Will hold my hand up on that one..  You seem more in favour of the likes of  Dollimore, Chinn, Bobbins, Chapman and Cleeve.  That's your call.  all about opinions.   History does teach us a lot.
im not in favour of anything ,and I've not seen one thing that the trust has done to help this football club and they call themselves fans

For me the ideal situation would be a Proper full board. With The Trust, friends and say 4/5 Local Businessman ( who each have something to bring to the party) running the Club.  All who would have the funds to put x amount in each year to retain their seat on the Board.

The Friends and the Trust would have plenty of willing members to take up a lot of the duties on match day, fund raising schemes etc.

Our Good friend Tazzy  could be given the Role of Spin Doctor.   Now he was special glasses that can see the white lines from up in the stand.  So everything is fine on  that little matter now.
you just said it in a nutshell wanting to own and run the club

It's been directed away from what I have asked what have the trust done to help the football club and what links have been forged between the club and community as per question one of the trusts agenda

It hasn't actually been directed away loopy, you have just chosen not to pick up the answer, in a nutshell the trust has done nothing to help the club at the moment. This is primarily because the trust were held at arms length by Buster and so far have not been taken on board by Mr Cleeve, and they cannot just throw trust money at the club with no return for its investment.
but the only intention of the trust is to get their hands on the club,so any chairman would keep them at arms length

So the Chairman will keep the trust at arms length, but people still expect the trust to throw money at the club? Might as well stand on the cut bridge and throw it in the river, do just as much good!  :banghead;
to put it another way grissly the trust been going X amount of years not done anything to help the club forge the club and community together ,only intention is to own the club run the club and when that don't happen let's all vote with our feet and just be detrimental as much as it can towards the club, why arnt the trust who claim to be fans not promoting the club and getting people through the gate so we have a successful club

Personally would like to see some sort of fan representation with the running of the club. However I'd like to think that whoever it may be proves that they want to work with and assist the club before being given a major role.

I don't think it'll work if all of a sudden, for example, the trust are suddenly given "powers" to make or assist in major club decisions when there's obviously a large split within the fan base and this would somehow need solving before any fan representation happens.
why do the fan representation have to be involved into the running of the club I'm pretty sure if I owned the club I'd show you my finances I'd tell you to jog along ,why ain't the trust doing what it states in forging relations between the club and community instead of wanting to own the club and run it

Loopy asked a relevant question about the trust Grissles, why bring the Friends into it? If you don't know the answer just say so rather than giving answers for the sake of it

It is a comparable group, the friends were formed a basically a fan club that raises money for the football club but have no say in how the club is run has no constitution and no elected committee. The trust was formed and I believe that the intention was to take over the football club, it has a constitution and an elected board of directors, and I believe any substantial amount spent has to be agreed by the membership. Any investment in the club would have to be part ownership.
there you go ownership or part ownership that's all it's about then getting your hands on the club ,

143
The only purpose of the trust is to get its hands on the football club ,it has no intention of helping any owner of the club what so ever unless it has shares in the club and making money from it imo

So the whole point is to grab control of the club

No you actually miss the point loopy, the trust would be a shareholder, how many shares of the club the trust would hold would be balanced on the worth of the club and the amount of the investment!
and what links have been achieved between the club and community

You would have to ask the club that question loopy?
why ask what is question one on the trusts lists, what links have been achieved between the club and the community with help from the trust

149
Unlike the friends the trust has a constitution, and an elected board of directors, who are responsible to the members, they cannot just throw money at the club without having some degree of control! Would you just give 40,000 to the club and expect no say in the running of the club?
well why do you need the money if you have no intention of helping club ,so what is the trusts purpose
