Linnets woes continue with a 3-0 away defeat at Curzon.

Att:

Tonight's results leaves us just three points from Sports and the drop zone, with Sports having a game in hand over us.

A bright new dawn tomorrow!

Apparently no sign of them at the game tonight.

I don't think Joe will have any problem with Cully returning to Lynn, irrespective of what the arrangement is.

Both at game tonight?

Announcement tomorrow?

Cully as DoF keeping Joe in place as Manager?

Guess that means Robinson won't be sitting in the stand with earpiece in future.  :dontknow:

Money!

I think all Managers would like it and a majority NEED it.

I wonder if there's been any changes to the budget if Cully does agree to join us.   :dontknow:

Quote from: Veratis on October 27, 2025, 09:51:56 AMReading this forum you would think that everything relating to the Club is a disaster and made worse by people who want to spread misinformation and paint the picture black.
There is also an unhealthy obsession with Cleeve and a desperate attempt to convince people he still owns the Club based on the fact that is what companies house states at the moment. What if the share transaction has taken place and these records are just not upto date. Perhaps there should be some caution in boldly proclaiming Cleeve is still the owner.
I havent seen any comment from Cleeve himself saying he is still the owner and based on his track record would have though he would be shouting it to the press.
Why some people look to discredit the Club as fans we should remember that its better to have a Club than not and it will only succeed with everyone going in the same direction.
Good luck to the lads tomorrow night they deserve a result.

Simple answer to one of the questions is that the Trust would inform their members if the share transaction had already taken place. Or has it been done and Bal is exerting his influence over the Trust again to delay the release of information for some reason?

Where else would you look for this information other that Companies House? Its what it's there for! Its there so people can see who they are actually dealing with and who are behind the Companies involved and not have to rely on any fairy stories that some may wish to get out there (for whatever reason). Sorry if that doesn't fit your narrative but that's just the way it is. Its all in the public domain for a reason!

I suppose you could use the Club itself as a source of information. This is their stance on the matter today:

"Lynn F.C. Ltd is 100% owned by Blue and Gold Holdings Ltd, company Reg No 07102863.

The shares in Blue and Gold Holdings Ltd are owned 67% by Stephen Cleeve and 33% by Polina Cleeve".

Why bring whats Cleeve said (or not said) about it? That's just a deflection tactic. Nobody has said that Cleeve is claiming he still owns the Club! I think people would rather read things from an Official Government Source than take notice of what him or Bal have to say on the subject anyway.

What do you suggest? Wait for the Club to say something?  :laughcry:  What a waste of time that will be!

"Paint a black picture"? I can't see anyone doing that, just some are pointing out the incompetency that  some Supporters appear to believe they have been subjected to recently.

"On this forum"? Same story on all Social Media platforms, so that tells you something. I believe the term "Sh*t show" was used on Twitter. Although some may think it, that terms hasn't been used on here.

So Mr Truthful, with your inside information.

If the share transaction has already taken place, when did that occur? Why wasn't News of it released by the Club? Surely that would be a massive thing to celebrate! If its already been done and there's a delay at Companies House, why would that stop the Club from releasing such news?

By the way, some people on these social media platforms deal with matters such as share transactions on a daily basis. They would know if there was currently any hold up being experienced by Companies House.

Of course, an inaccurately submitted form could delay things but you wouldn't be able to blame another party for that.

Or maybe you would!

There's some anti Culverhouse feelings being expressed by St Alban's fans on social media, with some calling for him to be got rid of.

I guess the timing could be right on all fronts.

Not sure on this one myself. I wouldn't like to be pushed on which way it will go.

If he's definitely coming back to the Walks, let's hope Bal has got it right this time. Success or failure is on his shoulders.

Quote from: Windy Linnet on October 25, 2025, 05:52:53 PMProbabky why he was second choice to Chorleys Andy Priest. Its a shame Lynn didn't think they could afford the two quality players he wanted to bring with him.It would have been a great present to the supporters from Bal following everything he's put us through with the clueless style of management.

Preece, not Priest.

Would have been nice to see it. Well respected and has done wonders with a small Club, achieving Play offs twice.

So if Culverhouse returns for a third time, how will that go when he finds out that Cleeve is still here? Does he know that Cleeve is still the 100% shareholder via his Blue and Gold Holdings? If he does, he must have been given a satisfactory answer as to why that is. Something the paying supporters have not been informed of.

I really wonder what he's been told on that one?

If its Cully, lets not expect an instant miracle (and maybe not to stay with us for very long).

Quote from: Nigel nigle on October 26, 2025, 11:13:14 AMAttendance was announced at over 1100 - some hope to be had in the first half and it was nice to see Marriott starting and provided some nice link up play and had one half chance. Couldn't believe that Radcliffe would be so passive as they were in the first 60 minutes. They then pulled the trigger twice and you just felt there was no way back again

Lets hope Monday brings some clarity and purpose and starts to get us back on track after the alleged antics of Rowe blew us well off course

1107 apparently.

Thanks.

I've mentioned a couple of times over the past few weeks that the attendance has been holding up and still quite good.

Anyone got any idea if that was the case yesterday?   :dontknow:

Phew Rod, how lucky were we. Dodged a bullet there then.  :laughcry:

We also had that infamous table which promised so much but delivered bugger all!

Everything changes, yet everything stays the same.

Lynn lose 1-3 at home to Radcliffe.

I believe this takes us to 19th place in the league.
