The Football Governance Bill receives Royal Assent.

On July 21, the Football Governance Bill received Royal Assent, meaning that it is no longer a Bill, but an Act that is enshrined into law.

This outcome has been years in the making, and we're overjoyed. Clubs all over the country need change, and this Act gives us a chance to ensure that our game is once again, fair for all. Fletcher wasn't a JR signing. You can only think that he doesn't rate him quite as high as Bal does. Maybe there was a little bit of PR that went into it as well. As you say he was "the one that got away", so people were obviously going to be happy with it.

Nothing wrong with any of that. Just different people having different opinions, which is usually ok.

Now, is he the same person that got reprimanded for changing a Club bulletin  Apparently he claims to have set up a few people to post on his behalf. When people do that its only for one reason.

I don't think many would have objected if Gashy had been selected. Just my opinion, but at the time I would think Gashy would have been the supporters favourite for the job, and would have been a very popular choice.

Fletcher possibly going out on loan was mentioned on here a couple of weeks ago so not really too much of a surprise although, I thought Setch may have snapped him up if a loan deal was on the cards.

Fletcher was a Bal signing, not one of JR's and it's understandable if one doesn't see what the other one does in players.

Fletcher is definitely one for the future and nice to have him on our books.

Are you saying this is disinformation from the Club and their Media Department then? Or did the Media Team change what Bal actually wanted put out there................again!

How do you know the actual name of the person supposedly dealing with this matter at Sports England? I can't see where that's been reported anywhere so where did this information come from?
